    Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for device-to-device (D2D) assisted 5G timing synchronization by enabling or disabling time compensation are provided. One method may include determining to initiate a procedure to determine whether to enable or disable propagation delay (PD) compensation for acquiring 5G system (5GS) timing with a sidelink (SL) group of user equipment. When it is determined to initiate the procedure, the method may include transmitting propagation delay (PD) information of the user equipment as a sidelink (SL) groupcast message over a sidelink (SL) control channel to at least one of the group of user equipment, receiving at least one of acknowledgement or nonacknowledgement from one or more of the group of user equipment, and determining whether to enable or disable the propagation delay (PD) compensation based on the received acknowledgement or nonacknowledgement from the group of user equipment.

    Abstract: A mobile equipment comprising means for: determining to attempt to create a unicast sidelink communication channel between the mobile equipment and an identified target user equipment via a relay user equipment; and sending a relay request message to at least one user equipment, operable as a relay to the target user equipment, wherein the relay request message comprises at least some information for configuring a sidelink process to obtain feedback from the target user equipment.     Abstract: Methods and apparatus, including computer program products, are provided for QoE/QoS management. In some example embodiments, there may be provided a method. The method may include detecting, by an enforcement point, an initiation of a session of an application; determining, by the enforcement point, whether a new subservice flow needs to be established to enable, for the initiated session, a quality of service differentiation and/or a quality of experience differentiation; sending, by the enforcement point, an indication to a radio to enable the radio to establish a radio buffer to handle the new subservice flow, when the new subservice flow needs to be established; sending, by the enforcement point, parameter information to the radio to enable the radio to configure at least one service parameter of the radio buffer; and forwarding, by the enforcement point, user-plane data associated with the session to the radio including a subservice flow identifier.
