    摘要: An integrated circuit providing a function of substituting LED open and a protection against static electricity and surge can be coupled and parallelly connected to an LED. The integrated circuit comprises a thyristor, such as SCR, with three electrodes, a transistor for a gate of the thyristor to trigger signals, and a voltage detecting circuit. When the LED breaks due to open, a proper current is acquired via the voltage detecting circuit so as to trigger the SCR, thereby providing a substitute current route that allows the rest of the serially-connected LEDs to keep lighting. When static electricity or surge occurs at two ends of the LEDs, the integrated circuit provides a route to guide the static electricity or the surge, which protects the LEDs.

An exemplary embodiment generates an integral path input signal from a digital to analog converter. First integral path circuitry includes a first transistor device and a low pass filter which provides a filtered version of the integral path input signal to a first transistor device to control conduction through the device, providing a first VCO input signal for frequency adjustment of the output signal. Proportional path switching circuitry between a supply terminal and VCO input terminal includes a second transistor device which receives the first VCO input signals to control conduction between the supply terminal and the first VCO input terminal to provide a second signal for adjustment of the phase of the VCO output signal relative to the reference signal.

The heat generated from the LED modules can be radiated effectively. The height of the disc lamp can be reduced to beautify the disc lamp.

    摘要: A safe surge absorber module includes a protective member and a surge absorbing unit. The protective member includes a base and an upper lid coupled to the base. The base has two corresponding partitions extending upwards. The surge absorbing unit includes a body, two connecting feet, and a resilient metallic plate. The body has two sides each defining an electrode surface. The electrode surface is connected with one of the connecting feet. The resilient metallic plate has a first end welded to the electrode surface with a hot melt member and a second end curved and striding across an outer side of one of the partitions to penetrate through the bottom of the base. The connecting feet and the resilient metallic plate are connected to a power source and a circuit load, respectively. In case the body is exploded due to a high temperature, the protective member is adapted to prevent any further accidents which are occurred by the broken fragments.
