摘要: A learning function is configured to determine a plurality of piecewise linear function coefficients based on measured data for an electric power-assisted steering (EPS) system. The measured data include a vehicle speed. The learning function is further configured to model a hysteresis loop of the EPS system using a piecewise linear function based on the plurality of piecewise linear function coefficients to determine an average friction. An average friction change compensator is configured to adjust friction-based EPS system compensation based on the average friction for a plurality of vehicle speed intervals of the vehicle speed.

摘要: The invention proposes a method and apparatus for a user equipment to decide by itself to measure an inactive downlink component carrier and a method and apparatus for a base station to control a user equipment to measure an inactive downlink component carrier. The invention further proposes a method and apparatus for a user equipment to request transmission of a sounding reference signal and a method and apparatus for a base station to control a user equipment to transmit a sounding reference signal. Both the user equipment and the base station are located in a wireless communication system based on carrier aggregation. The technical solutions of the invention can achieve a trade-off between low power consumption of the user equipment and the rapid and accurate response to the component carrier.

摘要: In order to provide a technical solution of mapping data to multiple carrier, the invention proposes a method of multi-carrier communication. The transmitter Tx, in the predetermined protocol layer, generates respectively for each LCH, at least one middle block transmitted in at least one carrier, each of the middle block is comprised in each data section of data of each LCH transmitted in each carrier; In the MAC layer, for each carrier, generates a MAC PDU, the MAC PDU comprising each middle block transmitted in the carrier and the identification information of the LCH to which the MAC PDU belongs. The receiver Rx, in the MAC layer, receives each MAC PDU corresponding to each carrier; in the predetermined layer, for each LCH respectively, recombines each middle block of the LCH to obtain the complete data of the LCH, according to the identification information of the LCH to which each middle block belongs. The predetermined layer can be RLC layer or MAC layer.

摘要: A method for improving the within die uniformity of the metal plug CMP process in the gate last route is provided. Before performing the CMP process for forming the metal plug, a metal etching process is applied, so that the step height between the metal layers in the contact hole area and the non-contact hole area is greatly reduced. Therefore, the relatively small step height will exert a significantly less effect on the following CMP process, so that the step height will be limitedly transferred to the top of metal plug after finishing CMP process. In this way, the recess on top of the metal plug is largely reduced, so that a flat top of the metal plug is obtained, and within die uniformity and electrical properties the device are improved.
