    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may initiate a wideband channel occupancy time (COT) associated with a plurality of resource block (RB) sets. The UE may transmit a plurality of sidelink synchronization signal block (S-SSB) repetitions in at least a portion of the plurality of RB sets being occupied by the wideband COT, wherein a quantity of S-SSB repetitions, of the plurality of S-SSB repetitions, or a transmit power of at least one S-SSB repetition, of the plurality of S-SSB repetitions, is based at least in part on a power control parameter.     Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication and more particularly to hybrid measurements and reporting for Layer 1 (L1)/Layer 2 (L2) triggered mobility (LTM). Some aspects more specifically relate to a UE performing filtered measurements of one or more LTM candidate cells. In some aspects, the hybrid measurements and reporting may be associated with measurements using Layer 3 type measurements and reporting using L1 type reports for LTM. In some aspects, one or more cells, from the one or more LTM candidate cells, may be selected (for example, by the UE or by a network node) for L1 measurement or reporting associated with the filtered measurement values. In some aspects, the UE may transmit an L1 measurement report indicating L1 measurement values of the one or more cells. A network node may perform one or more operations in response to the L1 measurement values.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first device, such as a user equipment (UE) operating in Frequency Range 2 (FR2), may transmit or receive an indication of a joint beam management and channel state information (CSI) reporting scheme that identifies one or more measurement parameters and reporting parameters. The first device may receive reference signals via multi-port CSI reference signal (CSI-RS) resources in accordance with the measurement parameters of the joint beam management and CSI reporting scheme. The first device may transmit, in accordance with the reporting parameters of the joint beam management and CSI reporting scheme, a message that indicates a first set of reporting metrics associated with a first multi-port CSI-RS resource of the multi-port CSI-RS resources. The first device may perform sidelink communications with a second device based on the first set of reporting metrics.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit information identifying a monitoring capability. The UE may monitor, in accordance with the monitoring capability, a configured set of control channel elements (CCEs) for physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) decoding for a scheduled cell of a set of scheduled cells, a scheduled cell, of the set of scheduled cells, being associated with a configured set of carrier indicator field values, the monitoring being based at least in part on at least one of a CCE budget, a PDCCH blind decode budget, or a downlink control information (DCI) size budget, the CCE budget or the PDCCH blind decode budget being on a per subcarrier spacing (SCS) configuration basis.
