Abstract: Techniques to incorporate quality of experience (QoE) in mobility management are disclosed. A user equipment (UE) may provide a QoE report to network (e.g., cell) upon detection of a QoE report triggering event (e.g., mobility management, environmental trigger, etc.). The QoE report may comprise information related to QoE metrics such as uplink (UL) latency, UL throughput, UL error rate, downlink (DL) frequency, DL throughput, DL error rate, handover (HO) frequency, beam switch frequency, UE power consumption, etc. The network may take actions such as sending a mobility management command if it is decided that QoE should be restored to the UE.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for restoring a sequence for a dataset with frame dropping includes receiving an input sequence. A set of features is extracted from the input sequence. A frequency distribution is determined for the input sequence based on the extracted features. Time domain information for the sequence is restored and in turn, data for the input sequence is augmented based on the restored time domain information. Additionally, noise is removed from the input sequence.

A communication device, such as a user equipment (UE) may receive an allocation of a set of sensing resources and a set of cross-link interference measurement resources. A first user equipment (UE) may identify a set of interference measurement resources associated with signals received from a second UE. The first UE may perform one or more measurements on one or more signals received from the second UE within the set of interference measurement resources, and determine interference at the second UE associated with sensing signals transmitted by the first UE based on the one or more measurements. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, a base station may configure one or more cross-link interference measurement resources on which a user equipment (UE) is to measure CLI. The UE may measure CLI from a single aggressor UE in multiple receive directions. The UE may identify receive beams on which it receives other signal types, and use those receive beams to measure CLI. In some examples, the base station may explicitly indicate to the UE which receive beams it is to use for CLI measurements. The UE may measure CLI on each CLI measurement resource using the identified receive beam, and may transmit, to the base station, a CLI report including CLI measurements, an indication of resource on which CLI measurements were taken, or a combination thereof.
