    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may transmit compressed interference information to a network entity. The UE may measure interference at the UE over a set of interference measurement resources. The UE may determine an interference distribution over the set of resources. The UE may encode the interference distribution using a compressions scheme which may reduce a payload or size of the interference distribution. The compression scheme may include compressing the distribution of the interference. Encoding the interference information may include generating a mean vector and a covariance matrix representative of the distribution of the interference measured over the given set of interference measurement resources. The UE may transmit the encoded interference information, and the network entity may decode the encoded interference information. The network entity may schedule communications with the UE based on the interference information.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for wireless communication including an apparatus, e.g., a UE and/or base station. In one aspect, the apparatus may receive a channel state information (CSI) report configuration via radio resource control (RRC) signaling, the CSI report configuration including at least one of a channel measurement resource (CMR) resource setting, an interference measurement resource (IMR) resource setting, or a report quantity parameter. The apparatus may also determine a downlink receive beam of one or more downlink receive beams based on the CSI report configuration. The apparatus may also communicate with a base station via the downlink receive beam based on the determined downlink receive beam. Additionally, the apparatus may calculate a signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) quantity associated with a plurality of downlink transmit beams. The apparatus may also decode the CSI report configuration.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station to communicate with a set of user equipments (UEs) in a spatial division multiplexing (SDM) configuration for dynamic spectrum sharing (DSS) communications. One or more first UEs of the set of UEs may communicate via a first radio access technology (RAT), and one or more second UEs may communicate via a second RAT in a multiple-user multiple-input multiple output (MU-MIMO) configuration. The base station may indicate the SDM configuration to one or more of the set of UEs. In some examples, the base station may transmit an indication to the set of UEs which may indicate a set of resources to be used for DSS communications. In some examples, the SDM configuration may specify one or more reference signal patterns for communicating in the set of resources.

    Abstract: Aspects relate to the extension of cross-slot scheduling for power efficient paging between different New Radio (NR) operating platforms or environments. In some examples, the same paging downlink control information (DCI) may be shared between existing NR user equipment (UE) and new NR UE in different time slots, where a single paging DCI schedules multiple paging messages for each operating environment. In some examples, the same paging physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) occasion may be shared in existing NR and new NR operating environments for scheduling paging messages in different time slots, but different DCIs are used for scheduling the paging messages. In some examples, the same physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) paging message may be shared in different slots between existing NR and new NR operating environments.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. For instance, a user equipment (UE) may receive and measure a reference signal received from a node and may transmit, to the node, a channel feedback report using a resource, the channel feedback report including a first Doppler shift associated with measuring the reference signal. In some examples, the uplink resource may be one of a set of uplink resources indicated to the UE, and the uplink resource may be based on a mobility parameter associated with the UE. Additionally or alternatively, the UE may measure a second reference signal received from the node and may transmit, to the node, a second channel feedback report using a second resource, where the second resource is based on measuring the first reference signal and where the second channel feedback report includes a second Doppler shift associated with measuring the second reference signal.
