In one embodiment, an electronic device utilized at base station side comprises a processing circuit configured to: acquire information of an arrival time difference of diversity signals transmitted from two or more base stations to a mobile terminal; determine, on the basis of the information, a precoding matrix utilized in diversity signal transmission to reduce an impact of the arrival time difference on a diversity gain; and utilize the determined precoding matrix to perform precoding on a signal to be transmitted.

In the wireless communication system, a master device provides a data forwarding service for one or plural slave devices, a master device side apparatus including: a monitoring unit, configured to monitor a predetermined trigger event relating to a change in state of the master device; a handover pre-measurement control unit, configured to respond to the predetermined trigger event by controlling the handover pre-measurement of the one or plural slave devices; and a handover measurement control unit, configured to control, based on the handover premeasurement results, the handover measurement of the one or plural slave devices. The apparatus and method can accelerate start time of effective link handover in a dynamic network, reduce unnecessary link handover, and reduce delays and data loss caused by link failure.

The electronic device includes: one or more processing circuits configured to acquire NACK information indicating an information transmission failure between a transmitting end and a receiving end in a wireless communication system and to acquire failure cause information indicating a cause of the information transmission failure, wherein the cause of the information transmission failure is classified as a link quality cause or a non-link quality cause; and when the cause of the information transmission failure is determined to be the non-link quality cause, generating spectrum sensing parameter information to adjust a spectrum sensing parameter at the transmitting end to increase a probability of successful information transmission between the transmitting end and the receiving end.

The spectrum management device according to the present disclosure includes a processing circuit, configured to: determining a first interference relationship diagram between coexisting groups consisting of one or more sub-systems, wherein the points in the first interference relationship diagram represent the coexisting groups, the line between two points represents that interference exists between two coexisting groups represented by the two points; and allocating a spectrum resource for each of the multiple coexisting groups according to the first interference relationship diagram, so that two coexisting groups represented by two points not connected by a line use a same spectrum resource, and two coexisting groups represented by two points connected by a side use different spectrum resources.
