    摘要: A gradient charged particle beam apparatus capable of moving highly accurately to a specific position by eliminating influences of warp inside a wafer surface is provided. A portion 46 having a mark 47 for aligning visual field alignment positioned in advance to the same horizontal and the same height as a stage plane as a reference point is arranged on a wafer holder. A height of an observation point on a sample is adjusted to the height of the mark 47 and the visual field of a gradient column is brought into conformity with the visual field of a vertical column by use of a known offset between the gradient column and the vertical column at that time.

    摘要: A method for processing biomagnetic fields generated by biocurrents resulting from activities of human brain or myocardia and its mapping apparatus are provided, which features biomagnetic measurement and its analysis, magnetic field mapping and its imaging and their waveform generation by a simple operation. Biomagnetic fields emitted from the patient are measured at a plurality of measurement positions, and a contour map of magnetic field obtained as a result of processing of these measured biomagnetic fields is imaged in the magnetic contour map display apparatus, which display apparatus comprises: the process function display area indicating process function items including measurement; and the analysis data display area which displays the waveform together with a designated measurement time, the waveform being generated during measurement at least based on the measured biomagnetic fields and during the designated measurement period of time.

    摘要: A glow plug includes a ceramic heater having a resistance-heating element embedded at its end portion. In order to supply electricity to the resistance-heating element, first and second heater terminals are exposed on the surface of the ceramic heater. First and second terminal rings, which serve as metallic fitting members, are shrink-fitted to the surface of the ceramic heater in such a manner as to cover and be electrically connected to the exposed first and second heater terminals. A metal layer not higher than Ni in ionization tendency is formed on the inner circumferential surface of each of the first and second terminal rings.

    摘要: A brushless motor includes a motor housing, a stator, a positioning projection, and a groove. The stator is fitted in the motor housing and includes an outer core and teeth, which extend in the radial direction of the stator. A radially outward end of each tooth is coupled with the outer core. Each tooth has a predetermined width in the circumferential direction of the stator. The positioning projection is located on the inner circumferential surface of the motor housing. The groove is located on the outer circumferential surface of the outer core. The groove is arranged on a radial line that passes through the center of the width direction of one of the teeth. The positioning projection is fitted in the groove to determine the position of the stator with respect to the motor housing in the circumferential direction.
