摘要: A semiconductor integrated circuit includes a complementary MIS circuit including first PMIS and NMIS transistors with their drain electrodes connected together. The integrated circuit further includes a driving level-shift which includes a second PMIS transistor having its drain electrode grounded, and having its source electrode connected to the gate of the first PMIS transistor and to a V.sub.DD voltage supply terminal via a first resistor. The level-shift circuit further includes a second NMIS transistor having its drain electrode connected directly to the V.sub.DD voltage supply terminal, having its source electrode grounded via a second resistor, and having its gate electrode connected to the gate electrode of the second PMIS transistor. An input voltage is applied to the gate electrodes of the second PMIS and NMIS transistors.

摘要: A semiconductor integrated circuit device having an analogue signal processing circuit and a digital signal processing circuit formed on a single semiconductor substrate is disclosed. As an example of the analogue signal processing circuit, a voltage comparator is described. Being liable to be affected by noise, an inverter 2 is formed of an NMOS transistor 41 and a resistance R. For transistor 41 is formed in a well region having a conductivity type (p) opposite to the conductivity type of the substrate (n), it is not easily influenced by noise transmitted through the substrate. Therefore, a voltage comparator independent of the adverse effect of noise from the digital signal processing circuit is obtained.

摘要: A dry etching method of etching a material to be etched including a transition metal using an etching gas including a carbon oxide gas is provided. The carbon oxide gas may be carbon monoxide gas, carbon dioxide gas, or mixtures of these gases. The carbon oxide gas is preferably in accordance with the relationship "R=X/3 to 200X" where "X" is the ratio of the number of transition metal atoms to the total number of metal atoms and "R" is the ratio of the number of molecules of oxide of carbon to the number of halogen atoms. Such a dry etching is particularly preferably carried out when the material to be etched is aluminum-silicon alloy, the transition metal is copper, the etching gas is mixed gas of chlorine gas, boron trichloride gas and helium gas, and the carbon oxide gas is carbon monoxide.

摘要: A capillary nib for pens is shaped from a thermoplastic resin bar and has a cross-sectional shape comprising an outer shell and a plurality of projections joined integrally at their bases to the outer shell at equal angular spacing intervals and projecting centripetally toward the center of the cross section, voids constituting principal capillary ink passages being formed between the projections, alternate projections extending fully to the center and being joined together. The thermoplastic resin bar is formed by extruding the resin in molten state though a die having a large number of orifices disposed in a specific arrangement thereby to form a plurality of filaments of the resin and causing the filaments to adhere longitudinally while the surfaces thereof are still substantially in molten state thereby to form the bar. Each passage or channel has substantially identical transverse width across its cross-sectional area.

摘要: An operation lever mechanism for a tape player which comprises an array of operation levers including a play-operation lever for advancing a head plate alone, a stop-operation lever for retiring the head plate, a fast forward-operation lever and a rewind-operation lever, engaging portions provided on the operation levers, respectively; an operating member provided between the operation levers and adapted to be operated, upon depression of any one of the operation levers, through engagement thereof with the depressed operation lever to lock said lever in the depressed position and restore the operation lever adjacent said depressed lever which has been depressed previously; an interlocking member provided in association with the stop-operation lever for an ejecting operation and formed with a projected portion engageable with a salient portion of said stop-operation lever, said operating member having an operation portion for displacing the projected portion of the interlocking member out of the actuation area of the salient portion of the stop-operation lever. With the arrangement, upon depression of any one of the operation levers, the lever previously depressed is released and the lever now depressed is locked in the position and the stop-operation lever can act two ways, namely to stop the operation rendered by the other operation lever and to effect a cassette ejecting operation in cooperation with the interlocking member engaged therewith when any other operation lever is not in an operative condition.

摘要: An image reading device includes a first reader member, an optical system, and a second reader member. The first reader member reads an image recorded on a surface of a medium traveling through a predetermined read area by receiving light from the medium. The read area is set on a transport path along which the medium is transported. The optical system guides the light from the medium to the first reader member. The second reader member has a color measurement unit disposed on an optical path of the light guided by the optical system and performing color measurement on the light. The second reader member reads a color of the image recorded on the surface of the medium on the basis of the light. The second reader member reads a color of an image in a predetermined second area included in the read area read by the first reader member.
