Abstract: A system includes devices and sensors associated with a construction site for a project. A computing apparatus, communicates with the devices and the sensors, includes a storage device and a processor. The storage device stores software instructions for controlling the processor that when executed by the processor configures the processor to obtain a predetermined construction schedule with terms for the project. The processor obtains sets of data that each corresponds to a different term. The processor generates a distributed listing for the project, which includes a sequence of a plurality of units corresponding to different terms and sets of data. The processor receives a signal from one of the sensors, wherein the signal is representative of a progress event. The processor identifies whether the progress event at the site corresponds to one of the terms in the schedule and updates and saves the distributed listing when a correspondence is identified.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments include computerized methods and systems that enable users to delegate a functionality of a mobile application through pre-loaded tokens. In one aspect, the disclosed embodiments may temporarily delegate or “loan” financial products loaded into a mobile wallet of a user to other eligible users. For example, the disclosed embodiments may receive, from a first user, a request to delegate a financial product to a second user to complete purchase transactions. In response to the received request, the disclosed embodiments may identify one or more temporal or financial conditions on the delegation, and may generate a corresponding mobile wallet token for transmission to a second user device. The second user device may, for example, process the mobile wallet token and establish the delegated financial provide in the second user's mobile wallet in accordance with the at least one of the temporal or financial conditions.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments include computerized systems and methods for generating secured block-chain-based ledger data structures that track subdivide ownership and usage of one or more assets, such as Internet-connected devices. In one instance, an apparatus associated with a rules authority of the secured block-chain-based ledger may detect an occurrence of a triggering event related to at least one of partial ownership interests in the assets, and may access and decrypt a set of rules hashed into the secured block-chain-based ledger using a confidentially-held master cryptographic key. The apparatus may identify a rule associated with the detected event, and perform one or more operations consistent with the rule, including a generation of additional data blocks reflecting a change in at least one of the partial ownership interests, and additionally or alternatively, processes that adaptively monitor a compliance of one or more partial owners with an Imposed usage restriction.

The apparatus may generate proposed transaction parameters that include the at least one extracted action parameter, and in response to a confirmation of the proposed transaction parameters, the apparatus may generate one or more electronic commands to initiate a performance of the action in accordance with the confirmed transaction parameters.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments include computer-implemented devices and processes that asynchronously authenticate data. For example, a network-connected device may obtain data identifying a product, and obtain cryptographic data from an executed application through a programmatic interface. The cryptographic data may be generated by a first computer system in response to a verification of authentication credentials, and the cryptographic data may include a digital signature of the first computer system. The device may also transmit the product data and the cryptographic data to a second computer system, which may be configured to validate the cryptographic data and establish an authenticity of the product data. The device may receive data from the second computer system that confirms the authenticity of the product data, and in response to the received confirmation data, perform an operation involving the product data.
