摘要: It is an object to achieve both improvements in system capacity and load distribution, by allocating resources so as not to generate the call loss as possible. A protected call is set, the resource allocating scheme is varied according to the resource state of each card, call allocating processing is performed to distribute loads at the low traffic time, while being performed to use up as possible resources of a card with a high in-use rate at the high traffic time, and it is thereby possible to obtain the advantageous effect of using resources with high efficiency to enable the load distribution over signal processing cards without generating the call loss as possible.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for producing an optical recording medium. In the method, on the surface of a recording layer formed by spin-coating a first coating solution containing a photo-isomerizable component, a second coating solution that contains a photo-isomerizable component that can be isomerized by radiation having the same wavelength as radiation used for isomerizing the photo-isomerizable component contained in the recording layer and incapable of dissolving the recording layer is spin-coated to form an intermediate layer. Since the intermediate layer thus formed cannot be dissolved by the first coating solution, a recording layer is further laminated on this layer. Thus, it becomes possible to make the recording layer thicker and also to provide a high-density recording characteristic.

摘要: The present invention is a control rod guide tube cleaning apparatus in a nuclear reactor which includes a rod member, one end side portion of which has a thickness such that the end side portion can pass through the inside of a connecting portion between a housing of a control rod drive mechanism and a control rod guide tube, a nozzle for sucking water, mounted on the rod member on the one end side so that the nozzle can go in and out of the rod member, a means for rotating the rod member in a horizontal direction, and a water passage for leading water sucked in the nozzle to an outside of the housing along the rod member. The rod member is inserted into the control rod guide tube through the inside of the housing. Then, the nozzle is rotated downward so that a suction port of the nozzle faces the bottom inside portion of the control rod guide tube for the suction of dust and debris. The nozzle is rotated in the horizontal direction by rotating the rod member in the horizontal direction.

摘要: Provided is a sheet folding device comprising a deceleration means which halts a sheet by pressing. A pressure member such as rubber is disposed upon the leading end of a rod-shaped member which is rotatably retained. A sheet is decelerated by the pressure member being applied obliquely to the sheet. The entire surface of the rubber does not make close contact with paper, and thus, a wrinkle is not formed in the paper. It is possible to ensure a stable folding location.
