摘要： A circuit includes a substrate having a dielectric layer with a first surface and a second surface. A conductive layer is formed on the first surface. A beveled via is formed in a dielectric layer of the substrate. The via has a first opening of a first width in the first surface, and a second opening of a second width in the second surface, the second width being greater than the first width. A conductive plug is connected to the conductive layer. The plug is formed in the via and extends from adjacent the first opening toward the second opening, and terminates adjacent the second opening at a plug interface surface. A conductive solder ball is connected to the plug interface surface and extends to protrude from the second surface.

摘要： In a transfer type ink jet recording system, a scanning is conducted on a transfer drum using a recording head to form ink dot strings. The recording head is moved in one subscanning direction with a fixed pitch so that ink drops are impacted to positions which are not adjacent to ink dot strings formed immediately before the current scanning step, whereby a repellent phenomenon is prevented from occurring. According to another aspect of the invention, the printing sequence is changed in accordance with the density of print data. A dot counter counts the number of printing dots of each of a plurality of writing blocks in a video memory. A controller decides the sequence of printing the printing blocks on the basis of the result, and transfers information indicative of the sequence of the printing blocks to a memory selector. In deciding the sequence, restriction is set so that adjacent blocks are not successively subjected to the printing step. The memory selector reads out printing data from a video memory on the basis of the sequence information, and transfers the data to a recording head.

摘要： An ink jet recording method which can inhibit feathering or bleeding in a print and provide a sharp color image is disclosed. The ink jet recording method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: ejecting a droplet of an ink composition, comprising a colorant, a thermoplastic resin, and water, onto a recording medium to deposit the ink droplet on the recording medium, and heating the recording medium with the ink droplet deposited thereon at the softening temperature of the thermoplastic resin or higher temperature so as to effectively inhibit feathering or bleeding of the ink.

摘要： A two-sided copying method and apparatus for a digital copier having an automatic document feeder (ADF) and a two-sided tray device. Documents sequentially fed by the ADF are read by a CCD image sensor and stored in a memory in the form of digital image data. The image data representative of odd pages of the documents are sequentially read out of the memory the highest-numbered page or the lowest-numbered page being first, the image data being printed out on one side of individual paper sheets. The resulting one-sided copies being temporarily stacked on a two-sided tray device. Then, the image data representative of even pages of the documents are sequentially read out of the memory with the lowest-numbered page or the highest-numbered page being first. The one-sided copies are refed one by one from the two-sided tray device the uppermost copy or the lowermost copy first, so that the image data associated with the even pages are reproduced on the other side of the individual one-sided copies. The resulting two-sided copies are driven out of the copier to a tray in the correct order of the pages.
