The electronic equipment comprises input devices which input information into the electronic equipment by a person performing an operation which is external to the electronic equipment, a sensor which is disposed in a rest portion of the input devices and which generates a predetermined signal in response to a detection that a part of the body of the person performing the operation rests on the rest portion, and a signal generator which generates a signal to instruct the electronic equipment not to shift to the security mode and/or power savings mode based on the predetermined signal generated by the sensor.

    摘要： An ink print head reducing ink supply errors caused by air bubbles in order to stably supply ink at larger amounts. The ink print head includes an ink container for holding ink, a recording element for discharging the ink supplied from the ink container, a duct disposed between the ink container and the recording element to transfer the ink to the recording element, and an inductive channel which communicates with the duct. The inductive channel transfers the ink to the recording element from the ink container, and has a capillary force greater than that of the duct.

    摘要： A sample suck pad (chuck) made of resin is stuck and fixed onto the entirety of the lower surface of a chuck base, with an adhesive layer (rubber adhesive double coated tape). The adhesive layer includes a rubber-based adhesive material and has the shearing adhesive strength of 1.96 MPa (20 kgf/cm2). The outer periphery of the adhesive layer is covered with a sealing layer so that the contact of the adhesive layer with the outside is blocked off. A sample is sucked and held on the lower surface of the sample suck pad and this sample is pressed onto a polishing pad, which is fixed on a platen, so as to be polished.
