    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and an apparatus for determining a Listen Before Talk (LBT) mode, as well as a method for LBT mode switching. The method includes: determining (100) an LBT mechanism and/or an LBT mechanism parameter set based on related indication information and/or priority information and/or measurement information; and performing (101), by a transmitting device, contention-based channel access based on the determined LBT mechanism and/or LBT mechanism parameter set. With the present disclosure, an LBT mode can be determined. With the selection of the LBT mode, it is possible to avoid waste of channel resources and indication information due to an improper LBT mode, thereby improving an efficiency of contention-based channel access.

    Abstract: Provided are message transmitting or receiving methods and devices, a base station, and a terminal. Uplink access signals are divided into a first pre-determined number of uplink access signal groups. An uplink access signal, which is transmitted in an uplink access beam form based on one or more uplink access signal groups, is received from a second communication node. An uplink access signal group to which the uplink access signal pertains is determined. One or more uplink access signals contained in the uplink access signal group are transmitted under at least one of the following restriction conditions: a restricted sequence transmitting order, a restricted transmitting occasion, and a restricted transmitting frequency domain position. An uplink access response message is transmitted to the second communication node over an uplink access response resource corresponding to the determined uplink access signal group.

The sending method comprises: a first device acquiring resource information about a first type of sending resources of a control channel; the first device determining a second type of sending resources of the control channel according to the resource information about the first type of sending resources, wherein the second type of sending resources are sending resources different from the first type of sending resources; and the first device sending, on the first type of sending resources and the second type of sending resources, the control channel to a second device. The invention solves the technical problem in the related art that the transmission efficiency of a control channel is relatively low due to the fact that a terminal applies a blind detection method to the control channel.

    Abstract: A method, device and system for uplink synchronization are provided, which relate to a LTE-Advanced system and solve the problem that a first communication node and a second communication node may not perform normal communication.     Abstract: Provided are a PUCCH resource configuration method, transmission method, device and system. The method includes: allocating dedicated PRBs for UEs configured to transmit uplink control information using an enhanced PUCCH, which step comprising: taking the UEs configured to transmit the uplink control information using the enhanced PUCCH as a first type of UEs, and taking UEs other than the first type of UEs as a second type of UEs; and reserving a designated number of PRBs according to the number of UEs in the first type of UEs, wherein the designated number of PRBs are located between SR/semi-static ACK/NACK resources of the second type of UEs and dynamic ACK/NACK resources of the second type of UEs, and taking the designated number of PRBs as dedicated PRBs for the first type of UEs; and allocating orthogonal resources for UEs located in different cells among the first type of UEs based on the dedicated PRBs. The disclosure solves the problem of great interference between PUCCH from different cells and ensuring the receiving quality of the PUCCH.
