    摘要: A flexible thermal insulator for an electric vehicle battery pack, and an electric vehicle battery pack therewith is provided. The flexible thermal insulator has a composite wall including a sheet of fire-resistant material having opposite first and second sides. A first pressure sensitive adhesive layer is bonded to the first side of the sheet of fire-resistant material. Further, one of a scrim reinforced, polyether ether ketone layer is bonded to the second side of the fire-resistant material, or a silicone rubber layer is bonded to the second side of the fire-resistant material.

    摘要: A wrappable textile sleeve with closure system and method of construction is provided. The sleeve has a wall of interlaced yarn with opposite edges extending in a lengthwise direction along a longitudinal axis between opposite ends. The opposite edges are wrappable into overlapping relation with one another to form a tubular cavity. The wall has a first set of closed loops positioned adjacent one of the opposite edges and a second set of closed loops positioned adjacent the other of the opposite edges. At least one flexible lace is disposed through the closed loops in a zig-zag pattern, thereby extending back-and-forth between the first set of loops and the second set of loops. The flexible lace is slidable through the plurality of loops to facilitate drawing and maintaining the opposite edges in overlapping relation with one another.

The sleeve includes a plurality of warp filaments and at least one weft filament woven with one another to form a woven substrate. The woven substrate has opposite sides extending lengthwise between opposite ends. The opposite sides are wrappable about a central longitudinal axis into overlapping relation with one another to circumferentially enclose the elongate member within a cavity of the sleeve. At least some of the warp filaments are provided as generally flat, thin conductive filaments shield the conductive elongate member against the effects of EMI, RFI and/or ESD.

    摘要: A wrappable textile sleeve for protecting an elongate member and method of construction thereof is provided. The sleeve includes a plurality of warp filaments and at least one weft filament woven with one another to form a woven wall. The woven wall has opposite sides extending lengthwise between opposite ends. The opposite sides are wrappable about a central longitudinal axis into overlapping relation with one another to bound the elongate member within a cavity of the sleeve. At least one warp and/or weft filament is provided as a bulky, fluffy multifilament, wherein the bulky, fluffy multifilament is woven to form at least one float extending over 2 or more weft and/or warp yarns, wherein the at least one float provides loops sufficient to readily fix themselves to hooks of a standard hook and loop fastener.
