Abstract: The present disclosure pertains to a recombinant Corynebacterium glutamicum strain for production of glutaric acid and a method for production of glutaric acid by using the same. When used to produce glutaric acid, the recombinant Corynebacterium glutamicum strain guarantees an excellent output and allows the selective production of glutaric acid without generation of byproducts, which needs no isolation and purification processes and thus leads to an economical benefit. Consequently, the recombinant strain is useful for production of glutaric acid.

The present invention provides an inhalation toxicity testing chamber device for nanoparticles having a plurality of concentrations, which: can supply nanoparticles having different concentrations to particle exposure modules by stacking a plurality of particle exposure modules inside a single chamber housing and by allowing each particle exposure module so as to form an independent space from each other; can perform inhalation toxicity testing of nanoparticles having a plurality of concentrations through a single chamber housing by being capable of exposing the test animals put into each particle exposure module to nanoparticles having different concentrations; can easily perform inhalation toxicity tests of nanoparticles in a small scale laboratory etc. by improving the overall space efficiency as well as reducing the test cost; and can easily perform more diverse and accurate inhalation toxicity tests on nanoparticles by selectively allowing a plurality of particle exposure modules to be in communication with each other or to be formed as an independent space, according to a user's needs, thereby variably applying the space of the particle exposure module without changing the arrangement of the particle exposure module.

Abstract: Disclosed is an olefin production method including: pretreating a catalyst by providing reduction gas to an alumina type catalyst to produce olefin from the hydrocarbon including not less than 90 wt % of LPG (Stage 1); producing the olefin by providing the catalyst pretreated at Stage 1 into Riser of Fast Fluidization Regime to dehydrogenate the hydrocarbon (Stage 2); separating the mixture of the produced propylene and the catalyst used at Stage 2, and regenerating the separated catalyst (Stage 3); and recycling the catalyst regenerated at Stage 3 to the process of Stage 1 (Stage 4).

Abstract: Disclosed is an olefin production method which includes: (a) providing the regenerated catalyst and the hydrocarbon including not less than 90 wt % of LPG into Riser of Fast Fluidization Regime, and dehydrogenating in the presence of an alumina type catalyst; (b) separating an effluent from the dehydrogenation reaction into the catalyst and propylene mixture; (c) stripping to remove the hydrocarbon compound included in the catalyst separated at stage (b); (d) mixing the catalyst stripped at stage (c) with the gas including oxygen, and continuously regenerating it; (e) recycling the catalyst regenerated at stage (d) to stage (a), and providing it again into Riser; and (f) producing propylene product by cooling, compressing and separating propylene mixture of the reaction product separated at stage (b).

Abstract: The present invention relates to an organic-inorganic hybrid nanoporous material, maintaining a nanoporous skeleton structure formed by coordination of an organic ligand containing an aromatic compound to a trivalent central metal ion, and further having an intramolecular acid anhydride functional group modified on the aromatic compound of the nanoporous skeleton structure, and thereby exhibits selectivity for olefins, and an adsorbent comprising the same. Specifically, the organic-inorganic hybrid nanoporous material of the present invention exhibits an excellent olefin-selective adsorption capacity through differences in adsorption equilibrium and adsorption rate, and thus can be usefully employed in the separation of C2-C4 hydrocarbons. Further, the olefins adsorbed to the organic-inorganic hybrid nanoporous material can be desorbed by purging of an inert gas which is not liquefied by way of mild vacuum conditions or compression, and thus, the organic-inorganic hybrid nanoporous material can be used to prepare olefins by separating C2-C4 hydrocarbon mixtures.
