Abstract: A network fault analysis method and apparatus are described for performing fault analysis on a network element device based on an NF service. The method includes a fault detection network element obtaining log data that is generated by a to-be-detected network element in a past specified duration. After obtaining the log data, the fault detection network element determines, based on the obtained log data, a log feature corresponding to the log data, and searches, in a fault relational database, for a fault type corresponding to the log feature. After detecting the fault type, the fault detection network element sends the found fault type to a policy control network element, so that the policy control network element can determine a corresponding recovery measure based on the fault type, and the to-be-detected network element can process, by using the recovery measure, a fault that occurs.

Abstract: A white light emitting material having a chemical structural formula represented by formula (I), a preparation method thereof and application thereof. The preparation method comprises subjecting tris(4-iodophenyl)amine and 4-methoxyphenylacetylene or tris(4-iodophenyl)amine and methyl 4-ethynylbenzoate to a coupling reaction under protection of a protective gas and catalysis of a Pd/Cu mixed catalyst, to obtain the white light emitting material. A novel temperature-sensitive light emitting material is synthesized through a one-step method. The material is applied to the field of diode luminescence based on the temperature-sensitive characteristic. White light luminescence can be finally realized only by reasonably controlling the temperature and duration time during heating a substrate. Compared with the existing art, the method greatly saves raw material costs and manufacturing process costs, and provides a novel idea and strategy for use of a white organic light emitting diode.

Abstract: A low dropout linear voltage regulator is provided. In the low dropout linear voltage regulator, a power transistor has a source connected to a power source, a gate connected to an output terminal of an error amplifier, a drain connected to an output terminal of the low dropout linear voltage regulator. A dynamic Miller compensation network has a first terminal connected to the output terminal of the error amplifier, a second terminal connected to the output terminal of the low dropout linear voltage regulator. A controller has a first terminal connected to the gate of the power transistor, and a second terminal connected to a third terminal of the Miller compensation network. The controller is configured to detect a current at the output terminal of the low dropout linear voltage regulator and generate control signals according to the current to control connection and disconnection of each second resistance-capacitance branch in the dynamic Miller compensation network.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a congestion control method, an apparatus, and a system. The method includes receiving, by a first device, an acknowledgement packet that is from a second device and that includes an ECE identifier. Based on an indication of the ECE identifier the first device starts monitoring a plurality of sub streams on a plurality of transmission paths between the first device and the second device, and grouping, into one set, sub streams that meet a congestion control condition. Additionally, intra-set congestion control is performed on the sub streams in the set. Separately congestion control is performed on a sub stream that is not in the set. The congestion control method is applied to a scenario in which data transmission is performed between the first device and the second device by using the MPTCP.

Abstract: A video encoding and decoding method and apparatus are provided. The video encoding method includes: obtaining a first statistical characteristic of previous K frames of images of a video sequence; determining a first background frame; determining, according to the first statistical characteristic, a QP used for encoding the first background frame; encoding the first background frame according to the QP, to obtain a first background long-term reference frame; and encoding the (K+1)th frame of image of the video sequence to the (K+L)th frame of image of the video sequence according to the first background long-term reference frame. When encoding is performed on the (K+1)th frame of image of the video sequence to the (K+L)th frame of image of the video sequence, the used QP for encoding the background long-term reference frame is determined according to the first statistical characteristic related to video content of the previous K frames of images.

Abstract: The application proposes a distributed solar energy concentrating and splitting utilization system, comprising N concentrating and splitting optical modules, each of the concentrating and splitting modules comprising of a condensing mechanism, a splitting mechanism and a photovoltaic power generating device, wherein the splitting mechanism is located at the spotlight. The light receiving surface of the light condensing mechanism and the light receiving surface of the light splitting mechanism are oppositely arranged. The light splitting film is arranged on the light receiving surface of the light splitting mechanism, and a light transmitting hole is arranged on the light condensing mechanism for collecting sunlight and irradiating the light splitting mechanism. The light splitting mechanism is used to receive the sunlight condensed by the light converging mechanism and splitting light through the light splitting film, and the light transmitted through the light splitting mechanism is irradiated to the photovoltaic power generating device for photovoltaic power generation. The reflected light of the mechanism passes through the light transmission hole of the condenser mechanism. In the application, photovoltaic power generation is achieved through optical concentrating and spectroscopic methods and the basic requirements of plant lighting are satisfied, so that solar energy can be efficiently and comprehensively utilized.
