Abstract: A method of generating a classifier by using a small number of labeled images includes: pre-training a wide residual network by using a set of labeled data with a data amount meeting requirements, and determining portions of the pre-trained wide residual network except for a fully connected layer as a feature extractor for an image; randomly selecting, for a N-class classifier to be generated, N classes from a training set for each of a plurality of times; and for N classes selected each time: randomly selecting one or more images from each class of the N classes as training samples; extracting a feature vector from training samples of each class by using the feature extractor; inputting a total of N feature vectors extracted into a classifier generator; and sequentially performing a class information fusion and a parameter prediction for the N-class classifier by using the classifier generator.

Abstract: An image prediction method and device are disclosed. The method includes: obtaining a first reference unit of an image unit, where respective predicted images are obtained for the image unit and the first reference unit by using a same affine model; obtaining motion information of basic motion compensation units at two or more preset positions of the first reference unit; and obtaining motion information of a basic motion compensation unit of the image unit according to the motion information. In this way, motion information of the first reference unit using a same affine motion prediction model is reused, and a more accurate motion vector of a current image unit is obtained, improving prediction accuracy and maintaining encoding and decoding complexity, thereby improving encoding and decoding performance.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose an interpolation filter training method and apparatus, a video picture encoding and decoding method, an encoder, and a decoder. According to the training method, a first sub-pixel picture obtained through interpolation by using a conventional interpolation filter is used as label data, to train a second interpolation filter, so that the second interpolation filter obtained through training can be directly used for a pixel value, obtained through interpolation, of a first fractional pixel position. Therefore, the label data is more accurate, and coding performance of a video picture is improved. According to the encoding method, during inter prediction, a target interpolation filter used for a current encoding picture block is determined from a set of candidate interpolation filters, and the encoder selects, according to content of the current encoding picture block, an appropriate interpolation filter to perform an interpolation operation.

The catalyst provided by the present disclosure has good stability and antibacterial property, can efficiently and selectively catalyze peroxide to degrade organic pollutants, which has important practical significance for removing wastewater rich in organic pollutants, and it has a wide range of application prospects in water pollution control and water environment restoration.

Then, they are rapidly warmed by a 37° C. water bath combined with nano-warming technique. To verify the preservation effect, the warmed preantral follicles are further cultured in vitro in three dimensions.

Abstract: This application discloses a battery box. The battery box includes a controller, a first sensor, and a spraying apparatus and an extinguishing agent pipeline that are located above a battery module. The controller is electrically connected to the first sensor and the spraying apparatus. The spraying apparatus is connected to the extinguishing agent pipeline. The first sensor is configured to detect a temperature of the battery box, and send a first electrical signal to the controller. The controller is configured to control the spraying apparatus to spray an extinguishing agent to the battery module. According to the solution of this application, when thermal runaway occurs in the battery box, and the temperature exceeds a set threshold, a fire may be extinguished in time, to avoid spreading of the fire and reduce a loss.
