    Abstract: An image prediction method and device are disclosed. The method includes: obtaining a first reference unit of an image unit, where respective predicted images are obtained for the image unit and the first reference unit by using a same affine model; obtaining motion information of basic motion compensation units at two or more preset positions of the first reference unit; and obtaining motion information of a basic motion compensation unit of the image unit according to the motion information. In this way, motion information of the first reference unit using a same affine motion prediction model is reused, and a more accurate motion vector of a current image unit is obtained, improving prediction accuracy and maintaining encoding and decoding complexity, thereby improving encoding and decoding performance.

    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the field of water treatment, and specifically relates to a positively charged quaternary ammonium salt polymer catalyst and its preparation method and an application thereof. The catalyst provided by the present disclosure is prepared from a positively charged quaternary ammonium salt precursor through polymerization and anion exchange, wherein the positively charged quaternary ammonium salt precursor is the reaction product of an acrylate and a haloalkane; the acrylate is selected from the group consisting of dimethylaminoethyl acrylate, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, ethyl 3-(dimethylamino)acrylate and a mixture thereof; the haloalkane is selected from the group consisting of bromoundecane, bromododecane, bromotetradecane, bromohexadecane, bromoeicosane, chlorododecane, chlorotetradecane, chlorohexadecane, and a mixture thereof. The catalyst provided by the present disclosure has good stability and antibacterial property, can efficiently and selectively catalyze peroxide to degrade organic pollutants, which has important practical significance for removing wastewater rich in organic pollutants, and it has a wide range of application prospects in water pollution control and water environment restoration.

    Abstract: A method for identifying a bacterium in a biological sample, and a method for testing antibiotic susceptibility of a bacterium in a biological sample, comprising: step (1), centrifugally separating the bacterium from the biological sample; step (2), staining the bacterium obtained in step (1); step (3), fixing the stained bacterium in step (2) by electrostatic adsorption; step (4), injecting an extraction solution into a capillary tip, and then extracting metabolites of the single living bacterium by in-situ extraction; step (5), inserting an electrode into the capillary obtained in step (4), applying a voltage, and performing mass spectrometry. The method does not depend on incubation, and the identification and the antibiotic susceptibility testing of a bacterium in a biological sample of an early bacterial infection can be realized, and the method has the advantages of being rapid, having high sensitivity, capable of performing a non-targeting analysis, etc., and has good application prospects.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for hierarchically pruning data in a blockchain transaction, which comprises: acquiring a transaction data set; performing N rounds of pruning on the transaction data set based on a data pruning model to obtain a target data set; and performing processing on the target data set to obtain a target value, wherein the target value is configured as the transaction identification number used when the target data set is on-chain. Based on the customized data pruning model, part of the data in the transaction (e.g., Unlocking-Scripts and Locking-Scripts) can be easily pruned in the process of network transmission, internal storage, or construction of a new transaction (especially the Unlocking-Scripts therein) without affecting the process of verifying the data of other parts of the transaction data, which significantly improves the efficiency of UTXO-based blockchains.
