    摘要: A tire vulcanizing apparatus and a tire vulcanizing method, by which the pressure and temperature of a heating and pressurizing medium to be supplied to the internal space of a raw tire can be controlled without the condition of pressure being affected by the condition of temperature. The tire vulcanizing apparatus has: a medium path, connected to an internal space of a raw tire, for passing a heating and pressurizing medium; a pressure sensor, provided in the medium path, for measuring a pressure of the heating and pressurizing medium; a pressure control valve for controlling a pressure of the heating and pressurizing medium passing through the medium path on the basis of a signal from the pressure sensor; a temperature sensor, provided in the medium path, for measuring a temperature of the heating and pressurizing medium; and a heating unit for controlling the temperature of the heating and pressurizing medium passing through the medium path on the basis of a signal from the temperature sensor, wherein the pressure control valve and the heating unit control the pressure and temperature of the heating and pressurizing medium supplied from the medium path to the internal space of the raw tire respectively and independently.

    摘要: The present invention provides a mold multiple heating and cooling system which, for a plurality of molding machines, allows a single temperature control apparatus to be used to selectively supply steam or warm water, or cooling water for carrying out molding, and eliminates the need for separately installing a venting apparatus. The mold heating and cooling system pertaining to the present embodiment 1 includes a steam heating unit 30, a warm water heating unit 35, and a cooling unit 40 which feed steam, warm water, and cooling water, respectively, to molds 1 to 4 for two molding machines 8a and 8b that include an in-mold temperature sensor TC1 to TC4, respectively; a single temperature control apparatus 10 which is disposed between the units and the respective molds 1 to 4 of the two molding machines 8a and 8b, being connected by a piping therebetween; control means 50 which, on the basis of a temperature detected by each in-mold temperature sensor TC1 to TC4 disposed in said respective molds 1 to 4, determines the temperature of the respective molds 1 to 4 on a previously stored temperature determination program for controlling selective supply and discharge of steam or warm water, or cooling water to/from the respective molds 1 to 4 of the two molding machines 8a and 8b according to a molding cycle for each molded article therefor, and a mold vacuum system 80 which carries out sucking and discharging of the gas and air inside the respective molds 1 to 4, and air blowing for the respective molds under the control of the control means 50.

    摘要: At the operation of a suction pump VP, a negative pressure is generated in a supply-side pipe line 4, a cooling passageway 2a of a mold 2, and a return-side pipe line 5. Cooling water stored in a water tank 3 is sucked by the negative pressure, flows from a first feed-water inlet 3a to the supply-side pipe line 4, flows through the supply-side pipe line 4, and enters the cooling passageway 2a of the mold 2. After the cooling water cools down the mold 2 while flowing through the cooling passageway 2a of the mold 2, it flows out to the return-side pipe line 5. On the other hand, at the operation of the suction pump VP, a negative pressure is also generated in a bypass pipe line 6. The cooling water stored in the water tank 3 is sucked by the negative pressure, flows from a second feed-water port 3b to the bypass pipe line 6, and enters the return-side pipe line 5 via the bypass pipe line 6.

The invention relates to a closed, coolant-filled cooling system for tools of plastics processing machines having at least one compressor, a supply pipe, a tool region to be cooled and a discharge pipe, the supply pipe being connected to the outlet of the compressor and the discharge pipe being connected to the inlet of the compressor, while at least one open end of the supply pipe plunges into at least one bore arranged in the tool region to be cooled, and an open end of the discharge pipe is sealed to this bore. The supply pipe and the discharge pipe may be combined in a coaxial pipe with the supply pipe arranged in the centre and the discharge pipe enveloping the supply pipe.

    摘要: A method for moulding and curing a tyre for a vehicle wheel includes building a tyre on a toroidal support, placing the tyre carried by the toroidal support into a moulding cavity, pressing an outer surface of the tyre against walls of the moulding cavity using a working fluid under pressure, and heating the working fluid. The toroidal support includes an outer surface whose shape substantially matches the tyre's inner surface. The walls of the moulding cavity conform in shape to an outer surface of the tyre when vulcanization is completed. The working fluid flows in at least one diffusion gap between the toroidal support and the tyre. The working fluid in contact with the tyre has a critical temperature lower than a vulcanization temperature and the working fluid is submitted to circulation. An apparatus for moulding and curing a tyre for a vehicle wheel is also disclosed.
