摘要: The invention concerns a method for producing a panel substantially stretched on a frame stretched homogeneously in all directions. The panel (1) is obtained from a sheet cut out in web of soft textile material produced from knitted synthetic textile yams forming deformable stitches in all directions. The textile web is coated with a coating mixture comprising an elastomeric polymerised polymer and a covering colouring substance. The peripheral edges of the sheet are engaged in retaining profiled sections (2) forming a closed frame (2) fixed on a support (3). Said sheet is stretched by local heating in at least a zone causing it to be heat-shrunk and stretched on the frame (2). The invention is applicable to false ceilings, advertising boards, and all types of wall decorations.

摘要: A work space partition system having graphic artwork on fabric material covering the partitions is formed by panels having a frame, mounting a fabric material over a surface formed by said frame with the fabric material bearing on its exposed surface at least a portion of a graphic or scene. In a preferred embodiment, the graphic or scene on the fabric may be computer generated either utilizing a computer controlled loom for weaving, or a computer controlled knitting machine for generating the scene in the fabric. Alternatively, the computer controlled process may be utilized to form the scene by printing. The scene may be any graphic, scene or a natural scene, such as a beach scene, a mountain scene, a wilderness scene, a race track, a picture of other workers or leaders or any other suitable and pleasing scene. Further, the graphic or scene may be continued over multiple panels, with the computer generating a continuous or mating portion of the scene for each panel wherein the viewing of a plurality of connected panels creates a unitary scene.

摘要: A fabric wall panel system which mounts wall panels by means of releasable hanger. The fabric wall panel system includes a wall panel and a hanger. The fabric wall panel comprises a frame and a flat filler insert. The frame comprises a plurality of linear frame members. Each frame member has a spine with an elongated opening, a side edge, and a front edge which together define a groove. The flat filler insert is fitted within the groove of each frame member. Fabric is stretched over the frame and insert and is bonded to the back of each frame member to complete the finished fabric wall panel. The hanger has a flat base and a perpendicularly extending tongue with an enlarged head. A number of hangers are affixed on the wall using an adhesive. The slit on the fabric wall panel is aligned with the tongue of hanger on the wall, and the fabric wall panel is affixed to the wall by pressing the slit over the tongue on the hanger. The fabric wall panels can be prefabricated or installed in situ. The fabric wall panels can also be independently replaced or removed entirely by simply unsnapping the fabric wall panel from the supporting hangers.

摘要: A profile (1) to support and maintain under tension a false ceiling (2) or a false wall constituted by a sheet of plastic material having an integral border (3) forming a hook, the profiles (1) being adapted to be fixed to a ceiling or wall and comprising angle members having a flange presenting a shoulder (4) adapted to receive the border hooked thereover so as to form a throat of U-shaped cross section opening in the direction of another flange of the angle member in which throat the border (3) is to be disposed. There are two such profiles one of which comprises a male profile (1m) and the other a female profile (1f). The male and female profiles have interengaging structure thereon whereby when interengaged, the profiles form an inverted T having a vertical web adapted to be suspended from a ceiling and whose flanges with the shoulders (4) constitute a horizontal cross member supporting and maintaining in tension a false ceiling. Each of the male and female profiles when disassembled from each other having a vertical web adapted to be secured to a wall to support a false ceiling or false wall. The interengaging structure is engaged over the vertical web of each of the profiles and is constituted by shoulders (5, 6) each forming a throat of U-shaped cross section opening in the direction of the horizontal flange of the male profile (1m) and in the opposite direction for the female profile (1f). A support spatula for the assembly of such false ceilings or false walls has two flat blades (15, 16) of about the same length and substantially parallel to each other, one of these blades (15) serving to support a said border (3) to maintain in tension a false ceiling or false wall, the other said blade (16) having a hook (17) on a free end thereof and being adapted to fit over said shoulder (4).

摘要: The wall covering assembly includes a flexible, resilient, preferably sound-deadening, fire-resistant sheet of wall covering, preferably of plastic and/or cloth. The assembly also includes one or a spaced number of preferably parallel wall covering anchoring strips releasably connected to the rear of the wall covering. The strips can be anchored to the exposed surface of a wall to hold the wall covering over and spaced from the wall. Each strip may be of flexible material, such as plastic, metal, or the like and includes a first member having a rear plate adapted to be connected, as by adhesive, screws, etc., to a wall. The rear plate has a toothed upper end. That member also includes a front plate spaced forward of the rear plate by spaced top and bottom struts, preferably parallel with each other and defining therebetween a box having an acoustical space below the top of the rear plate. The front plate may bear anchoring hooks attachable to the rear of the wall covering. Alternatively, it may have a strip of cushioning material. Each strip also has a second member sliding with and extending over the first member and including a base plate slideable on the top strut and a curved resilient plate extending upwardly and rearwardly ovet the top strut and terminating in a toothed rear depending lip abutting the toothed top end of the rear plate. The opposed toothed surfaces releasably grip an end of the wall covering. The base plate has a connector depending therefrom and slideably keyed to the first member thru a slot in the top strut. The second member slides relative to the first member. The assembly may be in the form of a prefabricated panel using a baseboard with strips secured to the top, and a wall covering secured at its ends to the strips. The baseboard has hanging members for securing the panel to a wall.Alternatively, the strips can be overlaid, pressed together and interlocked to assemble, rather than sliding one into the other.

摘要: In order to enhance the aesthetics of the interior of a home or building, a fabric column kit and system is disclosed. The fabric column kit or system includes at least a pair and, preferably, a plurality of fabric supports which may advantageously be of different sizes and/or shapes wherein the supports are adapted for selected positioning in spaced apart relation in compatible pairs. The fabric supports are fixedly mounted to a rigid surface in selected positions. The fabric column kit or system also includes at least a pair and preferably a plurality of rings which may advantageously be of different sizes and/or shapes wherein the rings are adapted to releasably secure opposite ends of a fabric to the respective ones of the fabric supports. With the fabric column kit or system, a fabric column may be formed between the fabric supports to aesthetically enhance the interior space of any building structure.

摘要: A molding strip assembly is provided to secure a flexible covering on a support surface. The assembly includes a molding element attachable to the surface, and a mounting element that snap-fits into and is secured by the molding element. Each molding element has a retaining channel to lockably receive a latching structure that projects downwardly from a support wall of the mounting element. The covering may extend along the support wall and be retained by the latching structure. Prefabricated contour elements may be used at angular intersections of two or more molding elements, and an optional base molding element may be used to form routing channels for electrical wires. Molding strip assemblies are combined into framework systems to cover wall or other surface areas with great flexibility of design.

摘要: This invention relates to a device for temporarily connecting the ends of two structures of which at least one is flexible and comprises over its length a bead adapted to be introduced inside a gutter provided along the second structure, wherein the gutter is constituted by an open section inside which are disposed, over the whole of its length, two tongues between which is a gap smaller than the thickness of the bead and which presents a certain flexibility enabling their ends to be moved apart from each other under the action of a pressure, stops being provided inside the gutter in order, on the contrary, to avoid any spacing apart during a traction. The introduction of the bead and removal thereof is obtained by means of a slide element movable along the gutter.
