Abstract:
A water dispenser includes a baffle which interferes with the downward flow of water introduced into a cold water tank through a water supply line. The baffle has a water transfer passage formed by a downwardly recessed surface portion formed on the top surface of the baffle and having a distal edge, and an edge portion having a predetermined thickness and located over the distal edge so as to overlap the distal edge. The water transfer passage is configured such that the recessed surface portion deflects the flow of water flowing down through the water transfer passage in a horizontal direction or a direction close to a horizontal direction. Water is thus discharged from the terminal end opening defined by the distal edge and the edge portion into the lower portion of the cold water tank in a direction close to a horizontal direction.
Abstract:
A beverage dispenser having a tank located inside a refrigerator which stores a beverage. A tube connects the tank to a spigot with a plunger and a valve located outside the refrigerator and below the tank. The plunger opens and closes the valve. When the valve is in an open position the beverage flows from the tank, through the tube and is dispensed from the spigot. When the valve is in a closed position, the beverage ceases to flow. Also included is a push bar which when pressed, causes the plunger to move to a position which causes the valve to open. When the push bar is released, the plunger returns to a position which causes the valve to close. In an alternate embodiment, also included are a second tank, tube, spigot and a selector which operates so that the beverage can flow from either tank to its associated spigot.
Abstract:

Abstract:
A water dispenser is provided in which a water bottle is placed in the lower section, wherein a water outlet port of a cap of the water bottle can be smoothly fitted to a water flow rod. The water dispenser includes a housing (1) having a drawer space (20) at its lower portion, and a bottle holder (5) which can be moved into and out of the drawer space (20) with a replaceable water bottle (4) mounted thereon, which water bottle is formed flexible such that it collapses as the amount of remaining water decreases. The bottle holder (5) includes a bottle insertion port (24) into which a neck portion (11) of the water bottle (4) is inserted; an insertion guide surface (25) formed at the peripheral edge of a bottle insertion port (24); a bottle supporting surface (26) which supports a shoulder portion (10) of the water bottle (4), and a water flow rod (28) provided facing upward within the bottle insertion port (24).
Abstract:
A water container includes a bottle body containing water and a bottle mouth, a cup body detachably assembled to the bottle body, and a valve assembly secured to the bottle mouth. The valve assembly includes a ball and an elastic member. The ball and the elastic member are received in the receiving cavity. The elastic member is pressed between the ball the upper case and biases the ball towards sealing the opening. When the cup body is pushed toward the bottle body, the cup body drives the ball to unseal, to allow flow of water into the cup with no risk of spillage.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a rotary agitation beverage dispenser in which an agitator impeller is mechanically rotated when a user operates a beverage discharge valve to agitate a beverage in a container, the dispenser being usable everywhere without requiring electricity. The dispenser includes a container in which a beverage is received, an agitator impeller mounted in the container and adapted to agitate the beverage by rotation thereof about a rotating shaft that is rotatably mounted on a surface of the container, a discharge valve mounted to one side of the container so as to communicate with the interior of the container and adapted to discharge the beverage out of the container when operated by a user, and an agitator drive unit connected to the discharge valve and the rotating shaft of the agitator impeller and adapted to rotate the agitator impeller in linkage with operation of the discharge valve.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a valve (1) for measuring a liquid or powdery product, comprising a fixed conduit (5) for supplying the product; a closure (13) mounted at a lower end (11) of the conduit (5); and a coaxial sleeve (15), mounted outside the conduit (5), having a lower end (19) shaped into a valve seat, said sleeve (15) being mobile in translation relative to the conduit (5) between a so-called closed position wherein the valve seat (19) co-operates tightly with the closure (13), and a so-called open position wherein the valve seat (19) is spaced apart from the closure (13) to allow the product to flow.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an apparatus for operating dispenser in a refrigerator, comprising a base member having a switch by which a dispenser of a refrigerator is operated: a pushing member for transferring a pushing force to the switch; a plurality of connection units connecting the pushing member and the base member to each other so that the switch may be pushed even if any position of the pushing member is pushed. According to the dispenser operating apparatus for a refrigerator, since the pushing member for transferring the pushing force to the switch is respectively supported at right and left side ends of the upper portion and the lower portion thereof by the plurality of connection units, the pushing force can be transferred to the switch even if any position of the pushing member is pushed, which may be convenient to users.
Abstract:
A battery powered solenoid actuated liquid tap dispenser has a solenoid coil, an armature extending through the coil, a valve seal coupled to the armature, a spout engaged by the valve seal, an electrical actuation button adjacent to the spout, and a manual actuation button atop the armature. The electrical actuation button is arranged to be engaged by the lip of a cup placed under the spout and cause the armature to move in the coil thereby moving the valve seal away from the spout. Alternatively, the armature may be moved by the manual actuation button.
