Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a refrigerator, and the refrigerator includes a cabinet configured to form a storage space, a door configured to open and close the storage space, a dispenser configured to be formed on a front surface of the door, a water tank configured to be provided detachably from the door above the dispenser and including a drain port for discharging stored water, a pipe part configured to communicate with the water tank to form a passage for discharging water, and a water intake valve including a valve body that slides along the longitudinal direction of the pipe part and opens and closes an opening and closing surface of the pipe part, in which the valve body includes an extension part configured to extend from one surface of the valve body toward an inner surface of the passage, and a leak prevention ring configured to be provided around the extension part to seal between the pipe part and the valve body in a state where the opening and closing surface is closed by the valve body.
Abstract:
Systems and methods are provided for a valve shut-off system of a medical device. In one embodiment, the valve shut-off system of the medical device includes a first pin movable between a first position where a valve is opened and a second position where the valve is closed, the first pin including a slot, and a second pin having a mating geometry with the slot of the first pin, the second pin adjustable between a locked position that holds the first pin in the first position and an unlocked position that enables movement of the first pin between the first position and the second position.
Abstract:
A system for dispensing beverage, particularly cask ale, the system comprising: a pump configured for drawing cask ale by suction from a supply into a pump inlet and delivering cask ale from a pump outlet under sustained pressure; a flow regulator having an inlet for receiving cask ale under sustained pressure from the pump outlet, and a flow regulator outlet for delivering cask ale under a dispense pressure; and a dispense conduit for receiving cask ale under dispense pressure from the flow regulator outlet and turbulating and dispensing cask ale via the dispense outlet. Dispense methods and a valve nozzle are also described.
Abstract:
A beverage dispenser includes a lower base, an upper receptacle positioned on and above the lower base for storing a beverage, and a valve in fluid communication with the beverage stored in the upper receptacle. The valve is seated within an opening defined through a bottom panel of the upper receptacle, extends downward from the upper receptacle, and is biased into a closed position. A handle engages the valve, such that rotation of the handle causes the handle to move the valve from the closed position to an open position where the beverage is dispensed through the valve. At the same time, the handle (and the valve) can be readily installed on or removed from the beverage dispenser.
Abstract:
A water dispenser is provided which is, if water leakage should occur, capable of detecting such water leakage at an early stage. The water dispenser includes a dispenser tray disposed between the housing and the floor surface and vertically separating the housing from the floor surface. The dispenser tray includes a dispenser support surface on which the housing is supported, a peripheral wall surrounding the dispenser support surface, and a water leakage indicator disposed in a region surrounded by the peripheral wall, and configured to change between a water leakage alarm state and a non-water-leakage-alarm state depending on whether or not there is water.
Abstract:
A beverage dispenser having a tank located inside a refrigerator which stores a beverage. A tube connects the tank to a spigot with a plunger and a valve located outside the refrigerator and below the tank. The plunger opens and closes the valve. When the valve is in an open position the beverage flows from the tank, through the tube and is dispensed from the spigot. When the valve is in a closed position, the beverage ceases to flow. Also included is a push bar which when pressed, causes the plunger to move to a position which causes the valve to open. When the push bar is released, the plunger returns to a position which causes the valve to close. In an alternate embodiment, also included are a second tank, tube, spigot and a selector which operates so that the beverage can flow from either tank to its associated spigot.
Abstract:
A system (2) for dispensing beverage, particularly cask ale, the system (2) comprising: a pump (4) configured for drawing cask ale by suction from a supply (6) into a pump inlet (18) and delivering cask ale from a pump outlet (26) under sustained pressure; a flow regulator (12) having an inlet (32) for receiving cask ale under sustained pressure from the pump outlet (26), and a flow regulator outlet (34) for delivering cask ale under a dispense pressure; and a dispense conduit (14) for receiving cask ale under dispense pressure from the flow regulator outlet (34) and turbulating and dispensing cask ale via the dispense outlet (48). Dispense methods and a valve nozzle are also described.
Abstract:
A fluid dispensing assembly for providing a configurable fluid temperature. The assembly including: an adjustment interface; a mixing valve having a plurality of fluid ingress apertures and at least one fluid egress aperture; the mixing valve being adjustable to dispense fluid at a configurable temperature; and a dispenser element, in fluid communication with the at least on egress aperture of the mixing valve and adapted to selectively dispense water there from.

Abstract:
A dispenser for a liquid in a container and for mounting to differently configured places. The dispenser includes a support, a valve body, and a mount. The support supports the container in an inverted position. The valve body is operatively connected to the support and dispenses the liquid from the container while simultaneously venting air to control flow of the liquid through the dispenser. The mount is operatively connected to the support and mounts the dispenser to the differently configured places.
