摘要: A sealing member of a rolling bearing is formed in a structure in which an elastic sealing portion is attached to a frame, and the elastic sealing portion may comprise a first sealing portion formed on one end portion of the frame and a second sealing portion formed on the other end portion of the frame. The first sealing portion may be inserted into and mounted to a coupling groove formed in the second member, and the second sealing portion may comprise an axial sealing lip extending in the axial direction from the frame and a radial sealing lip extending in the radial direction from the frame. The axial sealing lip and the radial sealing lip of the second sealing portion may be positioned adjacent to the first member and may be configured to perform a sealing in a non-contact manner.

摘要: A scroll compressor and a method for oil enrichment and distribution, wherein the scroll compressor includes a compressor housing, two scrolls, a respective base plate, an eccentric drive, a drive shaft, an axis of rotation, a balance weight, a first bearing, a second bearing, and a counter-pressure space, and wherein a sealing washer is fixed on the first bearing at a side of the first bearing directed to the cavity of the rotatable balance weight and of the second bearing such that the sealing washer seals the first bearing on one side in a radially outer part of a region between an inner ring and an outer ring through which fluid can flow and is, at the same time, spaced from the inner ring in a radial manner such that a gap through which fluid can flow remains.

摘要: A seal for a rolling bearing includes a core metal and an elastic member configured to cover the core metal. A fitting portion is fixed to an outer ring and a seal portion contacts an inner ring. In the outer side of the seal portion an auxiliary lip projects without contacting the inner ring and in the inner side a main lip projects contacting the inner ring. An annular groove is formed between the main lip and a thick wall portion thus forming a flexible portion having a small wall thickness at a root portion of the main lip. The auxiliary lip inhibits intrusion of foreign substances and moisture, reduces external pressure acting on the main lip and ensures the sealing performance of the main lip. The flexible portion reduces the sliding resistance of the main lip.
