    摘要： A ball bearing includes an inner ring with an inner raceway groove formed on an outer periphery of the inner ring, an outer ring with an outer raceway groove formed on an inner periphery of the outer ring, a plurality of balls interposed between the inner raceway groove and the outer raceway groove, and an annular cage that holds the balls at predetermined intervals along a circumferential direction. The cage has an annular portion positioned on an axially first side of the balls and a plurality of cage bars extending from the annular portion toward an axially second side. Each of the cage bars has a guide portion that positions the cage by contacting an area of the inner raceway groove that is different from an area contacted by the balls and pocket surfaces each come into point contact with a corresponding one of the balls.

The oil supply unit is attached to a fixed-ring-side member of the rolling bearing or a spacer adjacent to the rolling bearing. The oil supply unit further includes a communication unit which transmits operation information of the oil supply unit to an outside.

A magnetic fluid sealed bearing according to the present disclosure includes a magnetic fluid retained by a ring-shaped magnet in an opening between an inner ring and an outer ring to seal a plurality of rolling members. The magnet is magnetized such that their magnetic poles point to an axial direction. The bearing further includes a ring-shaped outer polar plate and a ring-shaped inner polar plate sandwiching the ring-shaped magnet therebetween, one side of the polar plates being fixed to one of the inner ring and the outer ring, and the other side of the polar plates facing a clearance.

    摘要： An electro-mechanical fuse integrated into the enclosure of a bearing assembly of a generator or like component. Under normal operation, the electro-mechanical fuse provides continuity through a bearing sensing circuit. However, ball cage damage causes the fuse to open and, in turn, the bearing sensing circuit indicates bearing wear. Thus, damage to other generator components is greatly reduced because the generator is removed for maintenance in a timely manner.
