    摘要： A ball bearing includes an inner ring including an inner ring raceway surface on an outer periphery, an outer ring including an outer ring raceway surface on an inner periphery, a plurality of balls arranged between the inner ring raceway surface and the outer ring raceway surface, and a retainer including a plurality of pocket holes which respectively store the plurality of the balls, and arranged between the inner ring and the outer ring. Grease is sealed between the inner ring and the outer ring. The inner periphery of the outer ring is contacted with outer peripheral surface of the retainer so as to guide the retainer. The inner periphery of the outer ring includes a grease storage groove which communicates with the outer ring raceway surface, only on one side in an axial direction of the outer ring with respect to the outer ring raceway surface.

    摘要： A double-row angular contact ball bearing is provided with inner and outer rings, balls in two rows, a cage for holding the balls, and non-contact sealing devices made of a substantially disc-like member. Radial outer end portions of a metallic sealing device are respectively fit and swaged into grooves arranged at both axial end portions of the outer ring's inner circumferential surface. The ratio Ts/Tr is equal to or lower than 0.07, where Ts is the sealing device thickness and Tr is the outer ring thickness at the bottom portion of the groove. In addition, the ball diameter is equal to or greater than 75% of a half a bearing width to equal to or greater than 83% thereof. Furthermore, an axial width Tc of the radial outer end portion having a substantially U-shape is equal to or smaller than 2.7 mm.

    摘要： A rolling bearing provided with a shield plate which hardly induces the irregular deformation of an outer ring without increasing a cost is provided. A rolling bearing includes an inner ring and an outer ring; a plurality of rolling bodies which are held between the inner ring and the outer ring in a rotatable manner; and an annular shield plate which is engageable with an engaging groove portion which is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the outer ring along the circumferential direction and opens toward an inner peripheral surface side and an open end side. The shield plate includes: an annular shield body; and a plurality of engaging projections which are arranged along the outer peripheral portion of the shield body, project outwardly in the radial direction from the outer peripheral portion in an inclined state, and are engageable with the engaging groove portion. The engaging projection is deformable by bending in the orthogonal direction orthogonal to the in-plane direction of the shield body using a connecting portion of the engaging projection connected with the outer peripheral portion of the shield body as a start point, and is formed such that a projecting length of the engaging projection from the outer peripheral portion at both end portions in the circumferential direction is set shorter than the projecting length of the engaging projection from the outer peripheral portion at a center portion in the circumferential direction.

    摘要： A sealing assembly for a rolling bearing. The sealing assembly has at least one cover element for covering a bearing gap along a cover plane. The cover element has a securing section, a sealing collar, a base part connecting the securing section and the sealing collar, and at least one sealing surface provided on the sealing collar for non-contact sealing. At a starting section the sealing collar extends from the base part diagonally toward the inner side of the cover element facing the bearing interior and at an end section the sealing collar extends from the inside toward the outer side of the cover element facing away from the bearing interior. At the same time, the sealing collar forms a sealing surface substantially perpendicular to the cover plane and at the end of the end section at least one edge impeding the inflow of impurities into the bearing interior.
