摘要: An image encoding/decoding method using a pixel value range constituting an image is disclosed, wherein the image decoding method using a pixel value range constituting an image comprises the steps of: receiving a bitstream; acquiring information of a pixel value range forming a first unit image included in the received bitstream; and decoding the first unit image on the basis of the acquired information of the pixel value range. Therefore, compression efficiency can be improved in an image encoding or decoding process.

摘要: An image decoding device, includes a filter unit using, as an input, a decoded signal prior to the filtering process and output a filtered decoded signal. The filter unit performs clipping processing on the decoded signal prior to the filtering process such that the absolute value of a differential value between a reference pixel value and a pixel value of the decoded signal prior to the filtering process is less than or equal to a predefined threshold value, and to generate the filtered decoded signal through the linear weighted addition of the value after the clipping processing is performed and the pixel value of the decoded signal prior to the filtering process; and a large-small relationship between the threshold value for a luma signal and the threshold value for a chroma signal are defined such that the large-small relationship is unchanged when an internal bit depth is changed.

摘要: Methods, apparatus, systems for video processing, including video encoding or video decoding are described. One example method includes performing a conversion between a video comprising a video picture that includes a video slice and a bitstream of the video. The bitstream conforms to a format rule specifying that, in case a slice type of the video slice is type P and temporal motion vector prediction is enabled, usage of reference picture resampling (RPR) for a reference picture in a collocated reference picture list is disabled. The reference picture is indicated by a reference index of a collocated picture of the video slice used for the temporal motion vector prediction.

摘要: A method for encoding an image having been cut up into partitions. The method includes: predicting data of a current partition based on an already encoded and then decoded reference partition, generating a predicted partition; determining residual data by comparing data relating to the current partition with the predicted partition, the residual data associated with various digital data items. Prior producing a signal containing the encoded information, performing the following steps; determining, from the predetermined residual data, a subset containing residual data capable of being modified; calculating the value of a function representative of the residual data; comparing the calculated value with a value of at least one of the digital data items; based on the comparison, modification or non-modification of at least one of the residual data items of the subset; and, in the event of a modification, entropy encoding the at least one modified residual data item.

摘要: A method of decoding may be performed by at least one processor, and may comprise: receiving an entropy coded bitstream comprising compressed video data; generating one or more dequantized blocks, determining whether at least one of a height and a width of the one or more dequantized blocks is greater than or equal to a predefined threshold, and responsive to the at least one of the height or the width of the one or more dequantized blocks being greater than or equal to the predefined threshold, transform coding a dequantized block using a tuned line graph transform (LGT) core to perform direct matrix multiplications for each of the horizontal and vertical dimensions of the one or more dequantized blocks.

摘要: Devices, systems and methods for the simplification of sub-block motion candidate lists for video coding are described. In a representative aspect, a method for video processing includes determining, during a conversion between a current block and a bitstream representation of the current block, a temporal motion vector prediction candidate for a sub-block of the current block. The temporal motion vector prediction candidate is completely determined based on K neighboring blocks of the current block, K being a positive integer. The method also includes performing the conversion based on the temporal motion vector prediction candidate for the sub-block.
