摘要： A storable transfer conveyor system for moving bundles from an upstream conveyor to a downstream conveyor utilizing a storable transfer conveyor which is movable from a first operative position, wherein the bundles are transferred to the downstream conveyor, to a second stored position on top of the downstream conveyor. When the storable transfer conveyor is in the second stored position, nearly all of the floor space occupied by the storable transfer conveyor when it was in the first operative position is vacated and available for another use and for operators to freely traverse the formerly occupied floor space. Transfer of the storable transfer conveyor is preferably nearly entirely by powered conveyors, requiring very minimal manual effort on the part of the operators of the equipment. In some applications, the storable transfer conveyor may be manually pushed or pulled in and out of a stored position. Transfer of the transfer conveyor from the first operative position to the second stored position requires no additional floor space to effect the move. The transfer and its return requires no uncoupling and re-coupling of hydraulic hoses, power cables, or control cords.

摘要： In a transfer conveyer wherein a pair of guide rails respectively provided with guide surfaces for guiding both side surfaces of a transferred article in a transfer direction are extended in the transfer direction and wherein flexible endless belts are provided for supporting lower surfaces at both sides of the transferred article, whose both side surfaces are guided on the guide surfaces, to transfer the transferred article in the transfer direction, a stretching mechanism is provided on one end portion of each guide rail to be stretchable in the transfer direction, a stretchable guide surface for defining a flat surface continuous and even with the guide surface regardless of any stretched position is formed at a facing surface of each stretching mechanism, and plural pulleys for circulatably supporting a part of the endless belt are provided on the facing surface of the stretching mechanism. Thus, the guide surfaces for guiding each side surface of the transferred article are formed continuously even when the end portion of the guide rail is stretched by the stretching mechanism.

摘要： An adjustable length conveyor bed includes conveyor sections that are movably positioned relative to one another and that include at least one belt support or roller at an upper portion of the respective sidewalls. A fixed roller support is mounted to one section and has a fixed roller rotatably mounted thereto. A continuous belt is reeved along a belt routing path around the rollers and defines a conveying surface at and along the support rollers. A guide roller is movable with the other section and relative to the fixed roller to maintain a generally constant tension in the belt as the conveyor bed is adjusted. The sections are movable relative to one another and securable at a desired degree of extension by securing the other section relative to the fixed roller support.

The waste gate includes a frame and a first roller member supported by the frame for rotation about a first axis. The first axis is fixed with respect to the frame. The board transfer unit has sensors for detecting the length, width, and thickness of the board. The board weight is calculated based on the detected data from the sensors. The board transfer unit also receives information on types of components mounted on the board from a machine in the previous process. Optimal acceleration and deceleration rates are selected from previously prepared data based on the board weight and the types of components mounted in the previous process. 摘要： A method of providing a temporary support for a length of belt added to extend an existing fixed conveyor belt having a tail roller. A plurality of separate discrete conveyor belt support stands are provided. The stands are collapsed together as a group and are moveably supported on a moveable support structure. The stands are joined to adjacent stands by a load bearing connector incapable of supporting vertical loads which permits separation of the stands to a predetermined distance. The tail roller is advanced. The moveable support structure is advanced toward the tail roller. At least one support stand is advanced on the support structure toward the tail roller thereby providing support for any additional length of conveyor belt that is added to the system.

摘要： An extensible conveyor apparatus and method for a continuous haulage system and continuous conveyor belt are disclosed for carrying coal or ore discharged from a continuous miner. A top roller combination supports the coal-carrying or ore-carrying continuous conveyor belt. A holding frame for the top roller and a bottom belt return is provided by a plurality of floor-supported frame members held and secured in position by belt tension. The holding frame is capable of rapid and nimble extendable, retractable construction in the mine. Rails connect and hold adjacent frame members in position by press-fit attachment of the rails to the frame members. The rails preferably are quickly rotatable to change the top wearing surface. A top roller for supporting the mined-material-carrying belt includes a combination of rollers formed into a roller combination insert which is quickly replaceable in an underground mine.
