    摘要: A filling adapter for a container to be filled with media, in particular for the filling of containers on assembly lines for the production of motor vehicles where the filling adapter is equipped with a hose pack, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic lines. An electronic assembly (ID chip) for a maintenance check is integrated in the adapter head of the filling adapter, which assembly detects the number of use cycles of the filling adapter and compares said number with parameters which can be set in advance in such a way that when said parameters are approached, at least one prior warning is triggered, and when said parameters are reached, an associated controller is informed about the maintenance which is now due.

    摘要: Disclosed is solvent dispensing system comprising a plurality of air-operated double diaphragm pumps, adapted to couple to a plurality of solvent supply containers, and coupled to a plurality of dispensing nozzles, wherein each air-operated double diaphragm pump is powered by a separate air supply line carrying pressurized air, and is controlled by a separate air directional control valve. The present invention also provides a means of coupling a solvent container to a solvent supply line, comprising a sealing cap device for forming a seal around a solvent discharge opening in a solvent container, said sealing cap device having a check valve and breather combination and a means for coupling the solvent container to a solvent supply line. Also disclosed is a clamping system for pressing the sealing cap device around the solvent discharge opening in the solvent container.

    摘要: A beverage forming method and system in which a carafe is positionable at a carafe receiving area of a beverage forming machine with a lid of the carafe in an open position or a closed position. The carafe may be positioned at the carafe receiving area in any one of multiple rotational positions within a range of 45 to 180 degrees, and the machine may detect whether the lid is open or not for any of the rotational positions. Beverage forming is prevented if the lid is detected to be closed, allowing the carafe to be safely stored on the machine regardless of lid position.

The first and second body members define a fluid flow path therein when the first and second body members are connected together. The system includes a dispenser configured to dispense fluid from the fluid dispensing system during a dispensing time interval, a metering device in fluid communication with piping system, the metering device configured to measure a plurality of sample flow rates over time in response to fluid passing through the metering device, a gauge for measuring a volume of fluid dispensed from the storage tank during the dispensing time interval and a processor for executing a monitoring application which generates an alert within a substantially real-time period in response to an event of interest, the monitoring application comparing the maximum output flow rate threshold to the plurality of sample flow rates over time to generate the alert when one of the sample flow rates exceeds the maximum output flow rate threshold.
