    摘要: A filling apparatus for filling liquid into a container to either of at least two levels has a liquid pouring gun unit for dispensing a liquid and a sensor thereon for sensing that the distance of a surface of the liquid from the end of the gun unit closest to the liquid is a predetermined distance and producing a signal when this distance is sensed. A liquid supply line is connected to the gun unit and has a valve therein and counter for determining the amount of liquid which is flowing in the liquid supply line. The sensor and the counter are connected to a controller, which in turn is connected to the valve. The controller can be set for actuation at either of at least two levels. The controller actuates the valve, when it is set for a first level, to close the valve in response to the signal from said sensor, and actuates the valve, when it is set for a second level, to close the valve only after the controller has determined that a predetermined amount of liquid has flowed through the liquid supply line after receipt of the signal from the sensor.

    摘要: A liquid delivery nozzle to be used in gasoline stations comprising two pairs of light sensor in which the first pair arranged at the tip end of the nozzle is of reflection type and the second pair arranged a little higher up from said first pair is of usual contact type, for more relevantly coping with full tank delivery. The sensors are mounted in a casing which is to be mounted on the nozzle inner wall surface near the tip end. In order to prevent leads extending through said nozzle and a hose connected therewith for angular movement from being damaged due to such angular movement, a flexible sheet on which leads are printed or embedded, has a part wound to form several spiral turns. The sheet is arranged in the portion where angular movement occurs to cope with such movement by loosening or tightening of the spiral turns.

    摘要: An electromechanically operated fuel nozzle having continuously adjustable flow rate settings between a closed position and maximum flow. The fuel nozzle includes a fuel dispensing pipe for dispensing fuel; an electromechanical valve device to control a flow of fuel in the fuel dispensing pipe, comprising an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe. The electromechanical valve device comprises at least one continuously variable flow electromechanical valve to control the flow of fuel; an electronic board for operating the at least one continuously variable flow electromechanical valve; and electric accumulator means for electrically powering the at least one variable flow electromechanical valve and the electronic board such that the predetermined portions provide the particular one of the flow rate settings. The electromechanical valve preferably comprises a servomotor controlled ball valve.

    摘要: An electronic fuel dispensing nozzle assembly adapted to reduce the undesirable effects of a pure mechanical system by providing an electromechanical fuel dispensing trigger assembly. An electromechanical fuel dispensing trigger assembly includes a valve assembly selectively displaceable between an open and a closed position and a trigger assembly selectively displaceable between a first position and a second position. Electronic elements are provided to selectively enable the trigger assembly to selectively open the valve when displaced from the first position to the second position. Furthermore, the electronic elements can also inhibit the trigger assembly, such that motion of the trigger assembly from the first position to the second position does not cause the valve assembly to be displaced from the closed position to the open position.
