    摘要: An adjuster for an air disc brake includes an over-torque clutch arrangement that includes an adjuster drive plate having ramped detents, and a ball-carrying plate having pockets for retaining ball bearings. Ball bearings are carried and retained in the ball-carrying plate, and transmit rotation between the adjuster drive plate and the ball-carrying plate below a torque threshold. Above a torque threshold, the balls move axially away from the adjuster drive plate against the force of a spring, and ride up the ramped detents. Above the torque threshold, rotation is not transmitted.

    摘要: A double-ratchet type one-way clutch, in which pawls do not knock the surfaces of ratchets when the double-ratchet type one-way clutch rotates in an idling direction, mainly comprises: a driving ratchet, a driven ratchet set, a pawl set, and rolling bearings. The pawl set comprises: a pawl base cover, a plurality of pawls, and a plurality of elastic elements. The driven ratchet set comprises: a ratchet of the driven ratchet set, balls, a ball cage, and a driven ratchet set supporting ring. When the double-ratchet type one-way clutch rotates in the idling direction, the driving ratchet firstly rotates relative to the ratchet of the driven ratchet set. After a top tooth surface of the ratchet of the driven ratchet set and a top tooth surface of the driving ratchet are complementary in an axial direction, the driving ratchet drives the ratchet of the driven ratchet set to rotate together.

    摘要: Disclosed is a hydrokinetic torque converter (TC) with a TC housing. An impeller is disposed within the TC housing and connects to an engine output shaft. A turbine is disposed within the TC housing and connects to a transmission input shaft via a TC output shaft. A torque converter clutch (TCC), which is disposed within the TC housing and coupled to the TC output shaft, selectively locks the impeller to the TC output shaft. A damper, which is disposed within the TC housing and coupled to the TCC, dampens vibrations transmitted by the TCC. A disconnect device, which is disposed within the TC housing and coupled to the damper assembly and TC output shaft, connects the turbine to the TC output shaft or damper when positive torque is being transferred, and disconnects the turbine and TC output shaft or damper when negative torque is being transferred.
