摘要: The induction coil unit for heating a component which is rotationally symmetrical relative to an axis, includes a plurality of coils arranged about the axis of the tool holder, with pole elements, which are movable radially with respect to the axis, of which pole elements each one consists of includes a stack of pole rods that can be moved relative to one another. A yoke ring connects the pole elements, which, when the coils are excited by alternating current in the tool holder, produce a magnetic flux running in the peripheral direction to inductively heat the tool holder. The pole rods of each pole element can be moved jointly by means of pinion rollers, wherein, however, slide couplings or the like are provided in the drive force transmission path between the individual pole rods so that the pole elements can adapt to different contours of the tool holder.

摘要: The invention discloses a hob (100) with free configurable heating array (115) and touchscreen control (130). A user may combine graphic representations (145) and (150) of a first and a second pot in order to combine a control operation of a first and a second heating zone (107, 112) associated to the respective pots. In this manner, plural heating zones can be combined by a single input, and visibility on the touchscreen control is improved by uniting both representations of the pots on the touchscreen control display. Combining/separating heating zones can be effected by the synchronous movement of two fingers uniting the two graphic representations of the pots on the touchscreen respectively diverging the two graphic representations of the pots on the touchscreen (130). A computer program product (500) allows to easily and freely configure the hob (100) and to perform maintenance and mass production.

摘要: A fuel cell manufacturing method and a fuel cell manufacturing device are provided in which it is possible to heat, in a localized manner, sections for which heating is desired. In this fuel cell manufacturing method, a laminate is obtained by stacking a membrane electrode assembly and a separator that has an adhesive disposed therebetween. Coils are provided adjacent a site of the laminate to be heated. Preferably, coils are disposed on opposite sides of the site in the stacking direction of the membrane electrode assembly and the separator such that current flows in the same direction as directions intersecting the stacking direction. The site to be heated is subjected to induction heating by passing current through the coils.

摘要: A non-contact heating apparatus uses a series of rotating magnets to heat, levitate, and/or move metal articles therethrough. A first series of rotating magnets heats the metal article to a desired temperature. A second series of rotating magnets levitates the metal article within the heating apparatus and maintains desired tension in the metal article, including urging the metal article through the heating apparatus. The heating apparatus can extend sufficiently far to soak the metal article at the desired temperature for a desired duration. The rotating magnets can be positioned outside of an electrically non-conductive, heat resistant chamber filled with an inert or mildly reactive gas, through which the metal article passes in the heating apparatus.
