摘要： The invention relates to an automatic milk foamer having a container for receiving milk and a base body on which or in which the container can be placed. The milk foamer also includes a stirring device that can be placed in the container for foaming the milk, a motor provided in the base body for driving the stirring device, and a heating device for warming the milk present in the container. The heating device includes an alternating magnetic field generator provided in the base body for generating an alternating magnetic field. The container is designed such that it heats up due to the alternating magnetic field.

摘要： A cooking appliance includes a base upon which a pot is supported, with a stirrer configured as a lid, for closing an open top of the pot. A tool coupled to a motorized drive of the stirrer extends downwardly into the pot. A heating element is coupled to the base and resiliently biased outwardly from the base to engage the base of the pot. A latch mechanism is provided for releasably connecting the pot to the base. The motorized drive includes a planetary gear set mounted coaxially with a pot axis, and a tool coupling is connected to a planet gear of the planetary gear set to drive the stirring tool in an orbital motion.

摘要： A cooking skillet that provides a unique automatic stirring system for continuously stirring foods during cooking. The cooking skillet comprises a base, a receptacle, a heating element, and an automatic stirring system. The automatic stirring system comprises a stirring wand located in the receptacle and a bracket located in the base. The stirring wand and the bracket are attracted to each other through magnetic forces that provide sufficient magnetism to attract one to the other. A motor is attached to the bracket by a connecting rod and provides the means to rotate the bracket in a clockwise direction. The magnetism between the magnets in the bracket and the magnets in the stirring wand forces the stirring wand to rotate in connection with the bracket. During rotation, the stirring wand is designed to mix the food contained within the receptacle. A controlling box is used to control the power to the motor and provides a resisting sensor or reversing circuit to reverse the rotational direction of the stirring system as necessary.

摘要： The present invention is directed to improved preconditioners (12) especially useful for the production of high meat-content pet foods. The preconditioners (12) include an elongated housing (16) with one or more elongated, axially rotatable mixing shafts (18, 20) therein, each having a plurality of outwardly extending mixing elements (42, 44). The preconditioner (12) is provided with apparatus (56) for directing relatively large quantities of heated non-steam gas into the preconditioner (12) in lieu of most or all of the steam normally used with preconditioners. This serves to heat material passing through the preconditioner (12) without the addition of substantial moisture.

摘要： An Ethiopian bread-making machine includes a polishing assembly, a batter application assembly, and a reciprocating collection/deposition assembly. The polishing assembly includes a polishing pad which may be positioned over the cooking surface when the cooking surface is not in use. When engaged, the polishing assembly applies the rotating polishing pad to the cooking surface so as to clean it prior to applying bread batter to the cooking surface. The batter application assembly is also positionable over the cooking surface, and includes a drive to rotate a batter supply line reciprocating nozzle carrier so that the batter is poured onto the cooking surface along an inwardly spiral path so as to generate a uniform circular pour of batter. Finally, the reciprocating collection/deposition assembly utilizes a reciprocating conveyor equipped with a spatula and coordinated conveyor rollers so as to remove the cooked bread wafer from the cooking surface at cook completion time for cooling, while simultaneously discharging a previously cooled wafer generated by this fully automated, cyclic process.
