    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for use in injection molding with the capability to have precise and adjustable control of the molten plastic flow when molding at least two (2) non-identical (i.e. with more than 50% difference in weight or form) or identical complex-shaped and intricate plastic parts at the same time, utilizing a mold with at least two (2) parting layers via a standard conventional injection machine. This invention incorporates the principle of having two (2) valve pins in which their movements are back-to-back and can be independently opened and closed as controlled by stepper, servo or linear motors linked to a separate independent tool controller. The two (2) valve pins are positioned at the floating half of the mold for sequential, stack or multi-layer mold with multiple cavities.

    摘要: A cascade injection molding system includes a plurality of nozzles each having a valve rod driven by a piston cylinder drive, for injecting melt into the mold cavity. A throttle check valve is located within a pressurizing medium line to regulate nozzle operation. The method includes injecting the melt at feed orifice using a needle valve-controlled needle valve nozzle associated with each feed orifice into the cavity of the molding tool. The needle valve nozzles is opened at different times by controlling the opening speed and the injection pressure at the feed orifices, via the corresponding piston-cylinder drives for the needle valve nozzles. The pressurizing medium discharge from the piston cylinder is throttled for at least one of the piston-cylinder drives when the nozzle is opened.

In the process, a capillary section is closed at one end, a tubular section is provided opened at both ends, and a linkage is provided between the capillary section and the tubular section, wherein the linkage is a fused joint designed to permanently link the open end of the capillary section to one of the open ends of the tubular section thus forming a reaction container having one opening, and in which the fused joint produces light scatter upon illumination.
