    摘要: An injection molding machine includes an injection device including at least first and second injection units, and one mold clamping device. A molding material is injected into a first cavity space by the first injection unit, and a molding material is injected into a second cavity space by the second injection unit. The injection molding machine further includes a control device controlling the injection device and the mold clamping device, and a storage device storing a set time in advance. The control device starts injection of the second injection unit after elapse of the set time from a predetermined time point. The predetermined time point is a time point at which the first injection unit starts injection or an earlier time point. The set time is a delay time for delaying start of injection of the second injection unit from start of injection of the first injection unit.

    摘要: A cascade injection molding system includes a plurality of nozzles each having a valve rod driven by a piston cylinder drive, for injecting melt into the mold cavity. A throttle check valve is located within a pressurizing medium line to regulate nozzle operation. The method includes injecting the melt at feed orifice using a needle valve-controlled needle valve nozzle associated with each feed orifice into the cavity of the molding tool. The needle valve nozzles is opened at different times by controlling the opening speed and the injection pressure at the feed orifices, via the corresponding piston-cylinder drives for the needle valve nozzles. The pressurizing medium discharge from the piston cylinder is throttled for at least one of the piston-cylinder drives when the nozzle is opened.

    摘要: An apparatus for molding optical components of a small size and high precision is provided with good transferability and a reduced production cycle. This apparatus includes a plurality of runners arranged in a pattern allowing multi-cavity molding for molding plastic lenses each having an outer diameter of 2 mm to 12 mm and surface roughness Ra of 20 nm or less. The total projected area of the runners is determined within a range of 1 cm2 to 12 cm2. The runners are arranged to extend around a sprue in directions perpendicular to an outer surface of the base molds. The pattern of the runners extending from the junction with the sprue to each shape transfer section is configured in two intersecting directions. A cavity is of a rectangular outer shape when seen from a pressure contact surface side.
