    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a hot-dip-coated steel sheet having a Zn—Mg—Al coating which includes aluminum at between 0.1 and 8.0 wt %, magnesium at between 0.1 and 8.0 wt %, the balance being zinc and unavoidable impurities, wherein the coating comprises zinc grains and further phases of magnesium and/or aluminum and also eutectic structures including at least intermetallic zinc-magnesium phases, wherein a native oxide layer is formed on the coating. In accordance with the present disclosure, the coating beneath the native oxide layer has an area fraction of at least 35% in which there is an average nanohardness of at least 4 GPa.

    摘要: A hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet having excellent bending workability and corrosion resistance and a manufacturing method therefor are provided. A hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet of the present invention comprises: a base steel sheet; a Zn—Mg—Al based plating layer provided on at least one surface of the base steel sheet and including, in wt %, with respect to components other than iron (Fe) diffused from the base steel sheet, 5.1 to 25% of Al and 4.0-10% of Mg, and the remainder of Zn and other inevitable impurities; and an interfacial alloy layer having a Fe—Al—Zn composition formed between the base steel sheet and the plating layer, wherein the interfacial alloy layer has a thickness of 0.5-2 μm and has a dendritic form, the Zn—Mg—Al based plating layer has a Zn—Al—MgZn2 ternary eutectic structure, a Zn—MgZn2 binary eutectic structure, and a structure including one or more of an Al single-phase structure having solid-solubilized Zn and a Zn single-phase structure, and agglomerated Al is included in a MgZn2 structure.

    摘要: Aluminum can be used as a fuel source when reacted with water if its native surrounding oxide coating is penetrated with a gallium-based eutectic. When discrete aluminum objects are treated in a heated bath of eutectic, the eutectic penetrates the oxide coating. After the aluminum objects are treated, the aluminum objects can be reacted in a reactor to produce hydrogen which can, for example, react with oxygen in a fuel cell to produce electricity, for use in a variety of applications.

    摘要: A continuous hot-dip plating machine includes: a sink roll provided in a plating bath and configured to upwardly change a transfer direction of the steel strip; a first support roll provided in the plating bath and located above the sink roll, the first support roll being in contact with a first surface of the steel strip in contact with the sink roll; and a second support roll provided in the plating bath and located above the first support roll, the second support roll being in contact with a second surface of the steel strip opposite the first surface. A diameter of the first support roll, a diameter of the second support roll, and a vertical distance between a rotation axis of the first support roll and a rotation axis of the second support roll satisfy specific conditions.
