摘要: There is provided a proportioning device for connection to a main line carrying a pressurized fluid, for the purpose of introducing into or drawing from the main line a fluid at a rate standing in a substantially constant proportion to the flow rate of the main line. The device comprises a housing, at least one opening of which is connected to the main line and another opening of which is connected to the proportioning branch line. The device comprises a valve arranged in the housing and capable of closing the passage of the fluid into and from the proportioning branch line. The valve is mechanically linked to two drag bodies, the first one of which is located in the flow path of the main line, the second one in the flow path leading to the proportioning branch line, to such effect that the drag force acting on the first drag body tends to open the valve and thus to increase the flow through the proportioning branch, while the drag force acting on the second drag body tends to close the valve and thus to reduce the flow through the proportioning branch.

摘要: Apparatus useful for blending predetermined accurately measured quantities of gaseous components transferred from separate pressurized supply tanks to a gas blending system, preferably on input signals received from a computer. The gas blending system includes a mixing vessel, a pressure transducer associated with said vessel for measuring the pressure of the gases, and producing an output signal and transmitting same to the computer, a circulating pump connected in series via conduits which form a circuit, and valves; preferably a multi-component valve assembly operatively communicating the two ends of the conduits for flow of gas therethrough in providing the functions of purging gas from the system, evacuating the system of gases, admixing the gaseous components received from the pressurized supply tanks to form the gaseous blend, and producing a product output blend of the admixed gases. The system is also provided with means for venting gases from the system in the event of over pressurization, or leakage.

摘要: Liquid oil flow capacity through a portion of a pipeline blocked by cooled, gelled, stationary oil is restored at a lower than normal startup pressure. The blocked portion is divided into segments by spaced-apart injection points. A fluid, preferably a gas, is injected under controlled pressure into the injection points to displace the separate gelled segments and to degrade the gel strength of each displaced segment to the point that liquid oil flow through the blocked portion can be restored at a lower startup pressure. The fluid may be injected into the injection points simultaneously or sequentially. The individual segments may be displaced in an upstream direction, or in a downstream direction, or in both directions, toward naturallyoccurring or artifically-created unblocked flow points.

摘要: A combined chemical injection and mixing system including an injection stream pipe, a target pipe disposed within the injection stream pipe, and a plurality of injection quills is described. The injection stream pipe encloses the plurality of injection quills, and the plurality of injection quills each independently includes a quill check valve and a quill flange. A method for mixing at least one chemical in a pipeline is also described. The method includes providing a chemical injection and mixing system configured to a pipeline, forming a pipeline treatment system, providing a fluid flow in the pipeline treatment system, injecting at least one chemical via the plurality of injection quills, and mixing the at least one injected chemical in a mixing zone of the chemical injection and mixing system, thereby mixing the at least one injected chemical in the fluid flow.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a flammable and explosive liquid transportation system and a method and an application thereof. The system includes a gas inlet pipe and a liquid transportation pipeline; a first valve and a second valve are sequentially disposed on the gas inlet pipe; two ends of the liquid transportation pipeline respectively communicate with the raw material barrel and a reaction vessel, a third valve, a fifth valve, and a seventh valve are sequentially disposed on the liquid transportation pipeline; the gas inlet pipe and the liquid transportation pipeline communicate with each other, and a fourth valve is disposed on the connecting pipe; a bypass pipe is disposed on the liquid transportation pipeline, and a sixth valve is disposed on the bypass pipe. The present disclosure resolves problems of a high risk and poor environmental protection caused by an existing flammable and explosive liquid transfer manner.
