    摘要: Provided are a heat exchanger capable of cooling a shell plate and having good assemblability and a hot water apparatus having the same. A primary heat exchanger includes a heat exchanging portion, a shell plate, and a shell pipe portion. The shell plate surrounds the heat exchanging portion. The shell pipe portion is for cooling the shell plate. The shell plate includes a front surface portion and a main body portion. The main body portion is installed on the front surface portion and is formed by bending one sheet of plate into a U shape. The shell pipe portion is bent in a U shape along an inner surface of the main body portion and installed on the inner surface.

The ribs have a rib foot, rib flanks and a rib tip, wherein the rib foot projects substantially radially from the tube wall. The rib flanks are provided with additional structural elements which are arranged laterally on the rib flank. First material projections, which extend substantially in the axial and radial direction, adjoin second material projections which extend substantially in the axial and circumferential direction of the tube, wherein the first and second material projections have a common boundary line. The axial extent of the first material projections along this boundary line is less than the axial extent of the second material projections.

    摘要: A heat exchanger pipe in a flow duct for gases. The pipe first section has a second section with an inner pipe for transferring heat transfer medium; an outer pipe that radially encloses a part of the inner pipe; and a medium layer between the outer pipe and the part of the inner pipe. The second section of the heat exchanger pipe bends less than 90 degrees. Furthermore, the first section is insulated in its entirety, or non-insulated in the vicinity of other heat recovery surfaces only. In the device the temperature of the heat transfer medium flowing in the inner pipe is at least 500° C., the temperature of the outer surface of the outer pipe is higher than 600° C., or an auxiliary agent is fed to the thermal device.
