摘要: Multiple low cost individual sensors communicate with a server. A proxy sensor communicates with the server. The server periodically compares information from the individual sensors with information from the proxy sensor. The server validates and accepts information from individual sensors. The server changes gain and offset values for individual sensors providing information that is not validated by the comparing.

摘要: A system includes a first device to select and transmit a first code from a plurality of codes by a transmitter to a remote device controlling access. The remote device implements a switching device based on the received first code and generates a local sequence of data. The first device generates and transmits to the remote device a first sequence of signals based on the first code; the remote device processes the first sequence of signals and activates the mechanism based on the first sequence of signals and the local sequence of data. An n-state switching function with n=2{circumflex over ( )}k commutative involution is used in the switching device, the n-state commutative involution is not based on a XORing of 2 words of 2 bits with n and k being integers greater than 2. The first device may be a smartphone, a fob, an access card, or any other computing device.

The embodiment may include identifying one or more Internet-of-Things (IoT) devices within a structure. The embodiment may include combining the identified one or more IoT devices into one or more groups. The embodiment may include identifying a respective primary device for each group of the one or more groups. The embodiment may include deploying a tiny machine learning (ML) model on each identified respective primary device. In response to detection of an event within the structure by a group of the one or more groups, the embodiment may include utilizing the tiny ML model of a primary device of the group to select one or more other groups for activation.

In one example of the technology, a declarative data request is received. The declarative data request is a request for data from multiple IoT devices. The declarative data request is translated into a plurality of individual requests. Destination IoT devices associated with the plurality of individual requests are identified. The plurality of individual requests to the destination IoT devices are sent. IoT data is received from the destination IoT devices based on the plurality of individual requests. The declarative data request is responded to based on the received IoT data.

摘要: An asset management system includes an asset management network that connects various types of refrigeration appliances to an asset manager. At the device layer, IOT devices are connected to the refrigeration appliances and have edge compute capability, including a backup power management function, and a modem for network communication. IOT device ports directly integrate with sensors, switches, and/or serial data controllers of refrigeration appliances. Push notification alarms are initiated on the edge of the network by IOT devices. The network tags operating data by appliance serial, and the asset manager stores the data using serial numbers as primary keys. The asset manager streams data from numerous appliances and uses event driven processing to promptly respond to edge alarms. The operating data keyed by serial number is enriched with proprietary data organized by appliance type and is used to develop new predictive models by appliance type.

摘要: A method for improving memory utilization of a Narrowband Internet of Things device (UE) is provided. The method includes: switching the modem to a provisioning mode and allocating a portion of the dedicated memory of the modem during provisioning of the iSIM on the modem chip of the UE; reusing, by the iSIM, the portion of the dedicated memory of the modem for processing provisioning data; securely cleaning up the allocated portion of the dedicated memory of the modem by a protection hardware block after leaving the provisioning mode; and allocating the portion of the dedicated memory of the modem shared with the iSIM back to the modem.
