Abstract: A control device 130 for an energy storage cell mounted on a vehicle, wherein the energy storage cell 62 includes, with respect to battery performance, a first region and a second region having the lower battery performance than the first region, and the control device 130, in a case where the energy storage cell 62 is shifted from the first region A1 to the second region A2, outputs a signal notifying shifting of the region A to a vehicle control unit 140 that controls the vehicle 10, and after outputting of the signal, the control device 130 maintains a current interruption device 53 that interrupts a current to the energy storage cell 62 in a closed state at least for a predetermined time Tw, thus enabling supply of electricity to the vehicle 10.
