In the slurry sheet forming step, slurry is formed by mixing flat soft magnetic metal powder in a binding material, and a slurry sheet is formed by shaping the slurry into a sheet. In the local magnetic field applying step, only the orientation of the flat soft magnetic metal powder, which exists in the partial area, of the entire flat soft magnetic metal powder mixed in the slurry sheet is unified in a predetermined direction by locally applying a magnetic field to a partial area of the expanded slurry sheet in a predetermined direction. In the slurry curing step, a magnetic sheet is formed by curing the slurry sheet after the local magnetic field applying step.

Each intermediate terminal portion has a structure in which a first metal piece and a second metal piece overlap each other. In the first metal piece, a curved portion and a flat portion form a first elastic piece. In the second metal piece, a curved portion and a flat portion form a second elastic piece. When an external force is not exerted, the first elastic piece of the first metal piece and the second elastic piece of the second metal piece are separated from each other. When the intermediate terminal portion is pressed against the component electrode portion of the electronic component, first only the first metal piece is deformed, and then the first metal piece and the second metal piece are deformed together.

A front end portion of the slider protrudes forward from the casing. The manipulation knob includes: a body; a skirt portion, which protrudes backward from a peripheral edge of the body and surrounds the front end portion of the slider; connection pieces protruding backward from a rear surface of the body more than the skirt portion and inserted into the slider; and locking holes provided in the connection piece. An inner wall surface of the slider is provided with locking claws which are snapped into the locking holes of the connection pieces so that the manipulation knob is snap-connected to the slider.
