摘要: By press-fitting a cylindrical blank into a die with one of a pair of punches, and at the same time press-fitting small diameter end portions and tapered portions of the pair of punches into both ends of the cylindrical blank while restraining both end surfaces of the blank with cylindrical members movable on the outsides of the punches, the external circumferential surface of the blank is finish molded to the required diameter by the internal circumferential surface of the die and, at the same time, tapered surfaces are formed on the inner circumferential surface in both ends of the blank. The process produces a bushing with its internal surfaces accurately coaxial, and with the external surface accurately formed to the required diameter.

摘要: In a magnetic sensor module, using die-bond resin as a joining material, a Z-axis magnetic sensor is mounted onto a substrate having a wire formed on its principal surface. The Z-axis magnetic sensor having electrode pads formed on its bottom surface is tilted by 90 degrees and mounted onto the substrate. Therefore, the electrode pads are positioned at a side surface thereof. A joining material accommodation area which the die-bond resin can fill is provided at the surface of the Z-axis magnetic sensor opposing the principal surface of the substrate. This joining material accommodation area has a grooved structure. At the surface of the Z-axis magnetic sensor opposing the principal surface of the substrate, the grooved structure is provided at an end portion near the wire formed on the substrate.

摘要: When the mode is switched to a motion detection mode, using a changeover switch, the mode is switched to the motion detection mode by pressing the changeover switch. In this mode, motion detection is performed by moving a hand in an area to be operated. When the mode is switched from the motion detection mode to a normal mode, the hand is moved away from the area to be operated, or the changeover switch is again pressed. Moreover, when the hand is distant from a capacitive sensor, it is determined that a motion input operation is being performed. When the hand is close to the capacitive sensor, it is determined that no motion input operation is being performed, and thus the motion detection mode is changed.

摘要: A second housing whose center portion is depressed and whose end portion around the center portion is formed like a visor is arranged around a first housing whose center portion is depressed and whose end portion around the center portion is formed like a visor, and a hollow portion is formed between the first housing and the second housing by sandwiching a packing between the end portions of the housings. Further, degassed water for preventing empty heating is filled in the hollow portion, and an ultrasonic transducer is placed on the surface of the center portion of the first housing. A weight for preventing the vibration of the wall is provided on the wall surface of the second housing. Since the vibration of the wall of the housing is suppressed by the weight, vibration energy returns toward the bottom surface of the center of the housing through water and is radiated from the bottom surface efficiently as ultrasonic waves.
