摘要： A photosensitive resin composition includes: an alkali-soluble resin; an o-naphthoquinonediazidesulfonic acid ester; a silsesquioxane having at least two thiol groups in a molecule; and a solvent. The silsesquioxane is obtained by subjecting to condensation a silane material which includes a thiol-group-containing silane represented by RaSi(ORb)3. Ra represents a C1-C8 organic group that contains a thiol group and that is free from an aromatic group, or an organic group that contains a thiol group and an aromatic group. Rb independently represents hydrogen, a C1-C6 alkyl group, a C1-C6 acyl group, or a C6-C15 aromatic group.

摘要： A color liquid crystal display device having high color reproduction is provided, which includes a liquid crystal display element and a backlight unit. The liquid crystal display element includes a color filter having a blue filter segment, a green filter segment, and a red filter segment. The blue filter segment is prepared from a blue photosensitive resin composition which includes a blue pigment combination, a red dye component, an alkali-soluble resin, a compound having at least one ethylenically unsaturated group, a photoinitiator, and a solvent. The blue pigment combination includes a copper phthalocyanine-based blue pigment. The backlight unit is coupled to the liquid crystal display element and has a color temperature ranging from 8,000 K to 20,000 K.

In which the pigment (E) comprises a halogenated phthalocyanine compound (E-1) as depicted in the undermentioned Formula (1): wherein, M is Al, Si, Sc, Ti, V, Fe, Co, Ni, Zn, Ga, Ge, Y, Zr, Nb, In, Sn or Pb; X1˜X16 are hydrogen atoms or halogen atoms, and the halogen atoms are fluorine atoms, chlorine atoms, bromine atoms or iodine atoms. The total number of halogen atoms is an integer between 8˜16; Y are fluorine atoms, chlorine atoms, bromine atoms, iodine atoms, oxygen atoms or hydroxyl groups; and m is an integer between 0˜2. The photoinitiator (C) comprises O-acyloxime photoinitiator (C-1) and triazine photoinitiator (C-2), and the proportion by weight of the photoinitiator (C-1) and the photoinitiator (C-2) is 20/80˜80/20.
