摘要: A refrigerant distribution unit for an air conditioner, includes: a pipe unit which distributes a refrigerant from a refrigerant pipe on an outdoor unit side to multiple branch refrigerant pipes, which includes an electromagnetic valve and a temperature sensor, on an indoor unit side; a main unit which stores the pipe unit covered by an insulator case, upper and lower cases; and an electric component box which controls the electromagnetic valves and the temperature sensors by connecting the valves with the sensors by cables. A cable draw-out recessed portion is formed in one of side faces of the insulator case where the connecting slots for the pipes are formed, and a bottom face recessed portion for storing the cables is formed in a bottom face of the insulator case. The upper case includes a cable draw-out slot for guiding the cables to a cable guide hole formed in the electric component box.

摘要: A heat pump apparatus includes: a refrigerant circuit which includes a compressor, an utilization-side heat exchanger, a first expansion valve, and an outdoor heat exchanger; an injection pipe which includes a solenoid switching valve and a second expansion valve; and an objective supercooling degree table which stores objective supercooling degrees according to condensing pressure in the refrigerant circuit and rotation number of the compressor. In the heat pump apparatus, liquid refrigerant is injected to the compressor by way of the injection pipe. The heat pump apparatus switches between a first case where the liquid refrigerant is injected to the compressor and a second case where the liquid refrigerant is not injected, and a value of the objective supercooling degree is changed between the first case and the second case to control the first expansion valve based on the value of the objective supercooling degree.

摘要: A heat pump apparatus includes: a refrigerant circuit which includes a compressor, a utilization-side heat exchanger for exchanging heat between water and refrigerant, an electronic expansion valve, and an outdoor heat exchanger; a controller which controls the compressor and the electronic expansion valve; a subcooling value calculating unit which calculates a subcooling value of the refrigerant circuit; a condensing pressure detector which detects condensing pressure of the compressor; a compressor rotation number detector which detects rotation number of the compressor; and an objective subcooling value extracting unit which selects and extracting an objective subcooling value stored in advance, from the condensing pressure and the rotation number of the compressor. The controller adjusts an opening degree of the electronic expansion valve so that the calculated subcooling value of the refrigerant circuit reaches the objective subcooling value.

摘要: According to one embodiment, a rotary compressor includes a compressor housing, a compressing unit, a motor, and an oil supply mechanism. The compressor housing has an inlet and an outlet of refrigerant. The compressing unit compresses refrigerant sucked in from the inlet. The motor drives the compressing unit through a rotation shaft. The oil supply mechanism supplies lubricant oil to the compressing unit through an oil supply hole of the rotation shaft. The oil supply mechanism includes a housing hole, a pump case, and a pump vane. The housing hole is communicated with the oil supply hole. The pump case is fitted in the housing hole. The pump vane is housed in the pump case, and includes a large width portion which is locked by the upper inner surface of the pump case.

摘要: A switching operation is performed on a switching element of a power-factor improving unit that includes a reactor. An output voltage of the power-factor improving unit is set to a load voltage by switching on and off the switching element based on a result of comparison between an input current and an input-current reference signal of a power-supply voltage waveform. A zero cross of an alternate-current power supply is detected, and the switching operation is performed on the switching element a predetermined number of times based on a detection of the zero cross.

The magnetic pre-pressurizing section is also constructed by a difference of distances of an air gap L1 of a stator 2 and a permanent magnet 8b1, and an air gap L2 of the stator 2 and a permanent magnet 9b1. The magnetic pre-pressurizing section is also constructed by a difference of thicknesses of the rotating axis direction of a permanent magnet 8b1 and a permanent magnet 9b2 arranged in the respective rotors.

The first communication hole is arranged at a circumferential direction position different from the second and third communication holes to ensure that the low-pressure connecting pipe and the intermediate connecting pipe two dimensionally bent in a circular arc shape do not interfere with each other.
