摘要: Systems, methods, and computer-readable mediums are provided for improving the efficiency of a filter-type oil separator in a cooling system including a compressor that pumps a mixture of lubricating oil and refrigerant through the filter-type oil separator. The filter type oil separator is configured to receive a first portion of the mixture from the compressor, and a bypass line is configured to bypass a second portion of the mixture around the filter-type oil separator. The bypass line ensures a sufficient amount of oil is present in the compressor.

摘要: A method for estimating refrigerant charge for an HVACR system is provided. The method includes obtaining one or more system parameters during operation. The one or more system parameters include at least one of compressor suction superheat, system mass flow, expansion device mass flow or opening degree, compressor suction saturated temperature, and compressor discharge saturated temperature. The method also includes conducting a regression analysis on the one or more system parameters to determine one or more predictive parameters for estimating the refrigerant charge. The method further includes determining a predictive model based on regression analysis. The predictive model establishes a relationship between the refrigerant charge and the one or more predictive parameters. Also the method includes estimating the refrigerant charge based on the predictive model.

摘要: A refrigeration cycle apparatus includes a refrigerant circuit in which a compressor, a first heat exchanger, a first expansion device, a second expansion device, and a second heat exchanger are connected by refrigerant pipes and through which refrigerant circulates, an accumulator provided to the refrigerant circuit, formed to store liquid refrigerant, and from which gas refrigerant is caused to be sucked into the compressor, a liquid-level sensing device provided to the accumulator and sensing a liquid level of the liquid refrigerant stored in the accumulator, and a controller performs, in a case in which the liquid level sensed by the liquid-level sensing device is higher than a threshold, a limiting operation of reducing an amount of suction of the gas refrigerant that is sucked from the accumulator into the compressor and, in a case in which the liquid level is lower than or equal to the threshold, a normal operation.

The bypass circuit includes a second pressure-reducing device. The water circuit includes a hot water tank, a water pump, and the water heater exchanger. In a night-time hot-water supply mode, the controller causes the water pump with a lowest frequency set in advance, causes the compressor with a lowest frequency set in advance, and stops the air-sending device.

The heat pump switches to operation in a heating mode wherein heat is rejected by refrigerant in the indoor heat exchanger, heat is absorbed by refrigerant in the outdoor heat exchanger, and there is an ejector (60) motive flow and ejector secondary flow. In the heating mode a refrigerant pressure (PH) or temperature (TL) is measured and, responsive to the measured refrigerant pressure or temperature, at least one of a fan speed is changed and a needle (132) of the ejector is actuated.

摘要: A method for operating a refrigeration system for a vehicle, the refrigeration system including a refrigerant circuit with a heat pump function. The refrigerant circuit has an exterior heat exchanger, which is operated as a condenser or gas cooler to perform a refrigeration system mode or which is operated as a heat pump evaporator to carry out a heat pump mode. The refrigerant circuit further has an interior heating condenser or heating gas cooler for carrying out a heating mode. The interior heating condenser or heating gas cooler is fluidically connected downstream of the exterior heat exchanger with a reheating expansion device therebetween to carry out a reheating mode. The opening cross-section of the reheating expansion device is controlled in accordance with a refrigeration system parameter indicating the required reheating power.

摘要: An apparatus and a method for detecting refrigerant leakage in an air source heat pump system. The method for detecting refrigerant leakage in an air source heat pump system includes the following steps in a cooling mode: S110: obtaining a running parameter of an air source heat pump system, wherein the running parameter at least includes a compressor rotational speed; S120: comparing the running parameter with a preset running parameter range; S130: updating a cumulative score when the running parameter falls within the preset running parameter range; and S140: when the cumulative score exceeds a predetermined cumulative score, determining that refrigerant leakage occurs, and when the cumulative score does not exceed the predetermined cumulative score, return to step S110.

The system includes a rack controller for the compressor rack. The rack controller is in communication with the system controller. The system controller receives component identification information identifying components of the compressor rack and the condensing unit, retrieves component information including at least one of component specification information, component capacity information, and component capability information, based on the component identification information, and performs setup operations based on the component information.
