    摘要: Slide closure for a container containing molten metal includes a housing part that can be fastened to the container and a slider unit that can be displaced longitudinally relative to it, into which a fireproof plate can respectively be inserted. The slider unit is held by holding units fastened to the housing part perpendicular to the slider unit such that it can be displaced longitudinally. The holding units are individually fastened releaseably to the housing part such that in the braced state of the slide closure, they can be released from the housing part in almost every position of the slider unit. In addition, the housing part has walls running close to the plate in the longitudinal direction and projections that protrude to the side, in which walls bearings of the individual holding units can be accommodated.

    摘要: A method relates in particular to the repair of a refractory lining of a metallurgical vessel (10) in the hot state. This repair takes place here by means of an supplying apparatus (15). In addition, recording of at least the worn regions and monitoring of the repair are carried out by means of a device (20). Before, during and/or after the supplying of at least a partial region of the areas (13) of the refractory lining (12) of the vessel (10) to be repaired or the gunning jet (18) is recorded photographically here with visualisation of the temperature ranges (26, 27, 28), and this results in an evaluation with regard to different parameters such as properties, layer thickness and/or distribution of the supplied material. It has been demonstrated that by means of this visualisation of the temperature ranges of the areas to be repaired and of the refractory material during supplying different parameters can be established very accurately, and as a result optimal coating of the wall lining can be achieved.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and to a device for repairing the spout sleeve (6) of a metallurgical vessel which is fitted securely within the refractory lining (4, 5) of the vessel (1). According to the invention the sleeve is repaired by applying mortar to the casting channel (7) of the sleeve (6) with a mortar dispenser (9) that can be inserted into the casting channel (7), which upon removing the mortar dispenser from the casting channel calibrates the latter over the entire length of the channel. The mortar dispenser (9) is driven rotating coaxially to the casting channel (7) during the mortar application and, after a defined time, is removed from the casting channel (7), still rotating. The method is particularly suitable for repairing the inner sleeve of a casting ladle with a slide closure adjoining the ladle spout, maintenance of which is automatically carried out in a maintenance station of the casting facility. In this case the invention makes provision such that the repair of the inner sleeve is also carried out automatically here during the maintenance of the slide closure.

    摘要: A device is provided for inserting a refractory block (20) into a taphole structure (10) of a metallurgical vessel, in particular a basic oxygen furnace (BOF). The refractory block (20) is carried by a mounting unit (25) and having a proximate end (26), which can be introduced into the taphole. A distal end (27) with locking elements (28), which can be coupled to a locking plate (31) of the vessel, is disposed at the outside of the taphole (21) of the vessel (11). The refractory block (20) can be introduced into the taphole structure (10) until the locking elements (28) of the mounting unit (25) can be attached to and coupled with the coupling head (30) with a manipulator. This mounting unit (25) can be respectively uncoupled also with the manipulator, when the refractory block (20) is mortared and fixed in the lining (12), whereby the mounting unit (25) can be decoupled and removed solely out of the taphole (21). That enables the refractory block replacement and the gunning of refractory material from the inside of the furnace more easily.

    摘要: The pouring nozzle comprises an elongated, tubular part, defining a lower part of a pouring channel with a central longitudinal axis L, a plate-like part, provided with a flow-through opening between its surface opposite the tubular part and its section adjacent said tubular part. The flow-through opening defines an upper part of the pouring channel. The peripheral area between said surface and said section comprises four segments, namely two inclined bearing surfaces, opposite to each other, and two planar surface sections, arranged opposite and parallel to each other between said two distinct bearing surfaces. Each bearing surface is curved with respect to the central longitudinal axis L of the pouring channel. The curvature is therefore concave with respect to the central longitudinal axis L and in view of the opposite arrangement of the bearing surfaces the said bearing surfaces are arranged inversely to each other.
