    摘要: The pouring nozzle comprises an elongated, tubular part, defining a lower part of a pouring channel with a central longitudinal axis L, a plate-like part, provided with a flow-through opening between its surface opposite the tubular part and its section adjacent said tubular part. The flow-through opening defines an upper part of the pouring channel. The peripheral area between said surface and said section comprises four segments, namely two inclined bearing surfaces, opposite to each other, and two planar surface sections, arranged opposite and parallel to each other between said two distinct bearing surfaces. Each bearing surface is curved with respect to the central longitudinal axis L of the pouring channel. The curvature is therefore concave with respect to the central longitudinal axis L and in view of the opposite arrangement of the bearing surfaces the said bearing surfaces are arranged inversely to each other.

    摘要: The pouring nozzle comprises an elongated, tubular part (10), defining a lower part of a pouring channel (12) with a central longitudinal axis L, a plate-like part (14), provided with a flow-through opening (16) between its surface (18) opposite the tubular part (10) and its section (20) adjacent said tubular part (10). As may be seen from FIG. 2 the flow-through opening (16) defines an upper part (12o) of the pouring channel (12). The peripheral area (22) between said surface (18) and said section (20) comprises four segments, namely two inclined bearing surfaces (24), opposite to each other, and two planar surface sections (26), arranged opposite and parallel to each other between said two distinct bearing surfaces (24). Each bearing surface (24) is curved with respect to the central longitudinal axis L of the pouring channel (12), as may be best seen from FIG. 3.     摘要: A closing plate for a sliding closure on the spout of a receptacle for molten metal, especially of a converter, comprises an elongate refractory plate (11) and a sheet metal jacket (12) surrounding the same. The refractory plate (11) has a sliding surface (14, 16) which can be braced with a sliding surface of a refractory closure plate interacting therewith or with a sliding surface (21′) of a refractory head part (21). The refractory plate (11) has a tapering section (26, 28, 29) which forms an angle (a) with the sliding surface (14, 15) on at least one side delimiting the sliding surface (14, 15), said tapering section being associated with a section of the refractory plate (11) that projects beyond the sheet metal jacket (12). The closing plate according to the invention allows the risk of damage to the front faces of the refractory parts to be braced with each other to be substantially reduced during bracing of the parts with each other and/or during a relative adjustment of the refractory parts that are braced with each other.

The casting pipe includes a tubular part and an upper plate. The guide surfaces are arranged on the underside of the plate on both sides of the tubular part and are directed downward at an angle. They form a plate cross-section that is tapered downward. The pressing elements are each provided with a head that is convexly curved in the adjustment direction of the casting pipe and can be pressed against a guide surface of the casting pipe, which is curved in the longitudinal direction of the pressing element or in the adjustment direction. Compressive forces exerted by the pressing pins are optimally transmitted, more toward the casting pipe opening and therefore acting more evenly.

    摘要: Sliding closure for a receptacle containing molten metal includes a housing frame that can be fastened to a spout of the receptacle, a first refractory base plate and a sliding unit having a refractory sliding plate that is sealingly pressed against the first base plate by spring elements and a contiguous refractory spout sleeve contained in the housing frame. The case has a second base plate juxtaposed to the first base plate and displaceable inside the housing frame at a right angle to the direction of movement of the sliding unit from an initial position in which the first base plate is in an operating position towards a final position in which the second base plate is in the operating position. It is therefore possible to replace the base plate, which wears outs quickly, by a new base plate in a rapid and convenient manner without interrupting the casting operation.
