摘要： A dustproof structure for a sleeve bearing includes an axial tube, a sleeve bearing and a dustproof cushion. The axial tube accommodates the sleeve bearing which bears an axial hole through which a shaft of a motor rotor is freely extended. The dustproof cushion is attached to an end surface of the sleeve bearing to prevent from entering foreign dust. At least one oil-returning groove is formed between the sleeve bearing and the dustproof cushion to ensure cycling lubricant so that sufficient lubricity between the sleeve bearing and the shaft is ensured.

摘要： A brushless dc motor includes a fan motor drive circuit, an over-current-detecting/current-limiting circuit and a multi-functional speed control circuit. The fan motor drive circuit is connected to the over-current-detecting/current-limiting circuit which is further connected to the multi-functional speed control circuit. The over-current-detecting/current-limiting circuit is adapted to detect a rotational speed and an over-current. Detecting an over-current, the over-current-detecting/current-limiting circuit controls a current at a low voltage level for passing through the fan motor drive circuit and inadequate to destroy it. The multi-functional speed control circuit sends a predetermined speed signal to control the over-current-detecting/current-limiting circuit for carrying out speed control of the brushless dc motor.

摘要： A motor includes a base, a stator mounted on the base, a rotor having a bottom end face, a metal ring mounted to the bottom end face of the rotor, and a balancing magnetic ring. The stator creates alternating magnetic fields when energized. A ring magnet is securely mounted to the rotor. The alternating magnetic fields drive the ring magnet and the rotor to turn. The balancing magnetic ring is mounted on the base and faces the metal ring. The balancing magnetic ring continuously attracts the metal ring when the rotor turns, thereby maintaining rotational balance of the rotor.

摘要： An axial tube assembly of a motor includes an axial tube around which a stator assembly is mounted, an engaging member, and a sleeve in which a bearing is mounted. The engaging member includes a base and a plurality of resilient legs projecting from the base. Each resilient leg has a hook on a distal end thereof. The base of the engaging member is engaged with and thus seals a bottom end of an axial hole of the axial tube. The sleeve is mounted in the engaging member and has a base portion. The hook of each resilient leg is pressed outward to thereby retain the stator assembly in place when the sleeve and the engaging member are received in the axial tube, with the resilient legs of the engaging member together holding the sleeve to thereby allow tight engagement between the sleeve and the bearing.
