摘要: In various embodiments, provided herein are systems, methods, processes, and devices for providing locomotive rehabilitation to a subject via one or more gait motions that substantially accurately mimic motions performed in healthy, natural gait cycles. The system may mimic natural gait motions via footplates and handles, and one or more linkage systems. In particular embodiments, the system may further include a motor unit and/or clutch for providing controlled forces assisting or resisting motions of a linkage system. Further, the system may include a tower for operating in a standing or seated position. In at least one embodiment, the system includes a body weight support system that provides offloading forces to a subject.

摘要: Systems and methods for hydro-electric power generation are disclosed. The system includes a frame or structure positioned in a waterway or channel, with one or more hydro-transition units secured to corners of the frame. The hydro-transition units include a body of reinforced fabric for redirecting water flow towards the inlet of the frame, effectively increasing the current of the water and allowing for turbines within the frame to generate power at an increased rate. Anchors and bracket systems may secure the hydro-transition units to both the waterway and the frame, thereby allowing the body of reinforced fabric to withstanding force from water-flow within the waterway. The system includes various failsafe mechanisms for disengaging or detaching the hydro-transition units from the frame and/or anchor for reacting to high water flow or volumes (e.g., flooding).

The pharmaceutical composition is free of hemoglobin and fluorocarbon and can be used for treating ischemic conditions with reduced reperfusion injury.

摘要: In an airport baggage handling system bag information, flight information and airport topology information are provided to a central processor which determines a path for the bag through the handling system. The bag is scanned at various points along the path and the scan time is compared with a predetermined arrival time for the bag at the scan point. A bag is marked at risk if it arrives at a scan point after the predetermined time and the system may suggest an alternative handling path for the bag if it is determined that the risk of the bag not making an outbound flight is too high.

A mobile application included in the system may receive the one or more graph files for displaying the 3D objects. A user of the mobile application may visually manipulate or configure the 3D objects, such as extending or rotating the 3D objects, which results in real-time adjustments to the one or more graph files, the display, and additional services such as price quoting.

摘要: The disclosure describes a method including manufacturing a shape memory polymer fabric with a collection of shape memory polymer fibers such that the resulting shape memory polymer fabric has a glass transition temperature of greater than 50 degrees centigrade. The method further includes training the shape memory polymer fabric with a pre-determined percentage of strain between an expanded shape and a contracted shape. The method further includes preparing a portion of the shape memory polymer fabric into a shape that is sized to cover two portions of a ruptured soft tissue of an animal with a mean body temperature below 40 degrees centigrade while the fabric has the predetermined percentage of strain stored in the expanded shape.
