Abstract:
There is provided a spray gun comprising: a gun main body; and a trigger having a first locking portion and a second locking portion, the first locking portion locked at one end of a shaft portion provided on the gun main body, the second locking portion locked at the other end of the shaft portion, the trigger operable to rotate about the shaft portion, wherein the shaft portion comprises: a first retaining shaft disposed in a mounting hole formed in the gun main body and locked rotatably on the first locking portion of the trigger; and an elastic member disposed in the mounting hole to bias the first retaining shaft in a direction in which the first retaining shaft exits from the mounting hole.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a spray gun including: a body having a gun barrel; a coating material nozzle disposed on a tip end side of the gun barrel, and an air cap disposed on the tip end side of the gun barrel to surround a tip end portion of the coating material nozzle, wherein the tip end portion of the coating material nozzle has on the tip end surface thereof a guide wall spreading, and also has on the outer peripheral surface thereof a plurality of air grooves channeled in a longitudinal direction, and wherein each of the air grooves has a bottom portion gradually increasing in depth in the longitudinal direction, the bottom portion being located within a range of the guide wall on the tip end surface of the coating material nozzle.
Abstract:
An orbiting scroll is fixed on a rotating table and rotated about a spiral center. A spray nozzle is positioned in the spiral center or at an outside end of the orbiting scroll and caused to discharge a coating toward a side face of a wrap portion. The spray nozzle is moved along a straight line in a radial direction while discharging the coating. When a spraying start position is set as the spiral center, a rotation angle speed of the orbiting scroll is gradually reduced in accordance with the movement of the spray nozzle. When the spraying start point is set as the outside end, the rotation angle speed of the orbiting scroll is gradually increased in accordance with the movement of the spray nozzle. As a result, the coating can be applied to the wrap portion side face evenly.
Abstract:
A disc-like spacer arranged below a first roller bearing rotatably supporting a driven crankshaft that forms an anti-rotation system is formed with a plurality of notches in the circumferential direction. A spot face is provided to face the outer circumferential surface of the spacer, and communication holes and are drilled on the outer circumferential side of the spot face to extend in the axial direction of the scroll. Also formed is a communication hole communicating the communication hole with the first roller bearing via the notches. A grease nipple is mounted to the communication hole. To replenish grease, the fixed scroll is removed from the housing such that the orbiting scroll is exposed, and grease is injected from the grease nipple into the first roller bearing with a grease gun.
Abstract:
A scroll fluid machine has a fixed scroll in a housing and an orbiting scroll rotatably mounted to a driving shaft. A fixed wrap of the fixed scroll is engaged with an orbiting wrap of the orbiting scroll. The orbiting scroll is revolved at a certain eccentricity by the driving shaft, so that a gas sucked through the circumference of the housing is compressed as it moves toward the center, and discharged through the center. A gas-guiding bore is formed near the center of the orbiting scroll, and a heat-releasing rod is inserted in the bore. One end of the heat-releasing rod is projected from the fixed scroll to release heat to atmosphere.
Abstract:
A scroll-type fluid machine includes a fixed scroll having spiral-form fixed wraps standing on one side face and an orbiting scroll having spiral-form orbiting wraps standing on one side face facing the fixed scroll. The orbiting scroll is set up on a drive shaft so as to be able to orbit. A sealed chamber is formed between the fixed wraps and the orbiting wraps. In the sealed chamber an outer sealed chamber and an inner sealed chamber are defined by an annular partition provided on either the fixed scroll or the orbiting scroll. The outer sealed chamber includes outer inlets on the outside and an outer outlet on the inside, and the inner sealed chamber includes an inner inlet on the outside and an inner outlet in the center. A gas that has been taken in via the outer inlets is compressed and discharged via the outer outlet, and a gas that has been taken in via the inner inlet is compressed and discharged via the inner outlet.
