Abstract: A tiled head-mounted display device, comprising: an optical component including a plurality of prisms with free-form surfaces, each prism being a wedge prism comprising a first optical surface, a second optical surface and a third optical surface; and a display component including a plurality of micro-displays, wherein the number of the micro-displays and the number of the prisms with free-form surfaces is identical. The tiled head-mounted display device according to the present invention is compact and light, provides wide field of view and high resolution, especially for the optical tiling head-mounted display device, the exit pupil planes of each display channels are coincident, thus avoiding pupil aberration and keeping exit pupil diameter and eye clearance same as the single ocular. There is no resolution variance throughout the entire field of view, thus preventing extra trapezoid distortion. The tiled head-mounted display device according to the present invention can be readily applicable to augmented environments applications by simply adding an auxiliary free-form lens behind the free-form prism.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and system for integrated path planning and path tracking control of an autonomous vehicle. The method includes: obtaining five input control variables and eleven system state variables of an autonomous vehicle at current time; constructing a vehicle path planning-tracking integrated state model according to the obtained variables at the current time; enveloping external contours of two autonomous vehicles using elliptical envelope curves to determine elliptical vehicle envelope curves of the two autonomous vehicles, respectively; determining time to collision (TTC) between the vehicles according to elliptical vehicle envelope curves and vehicle driving states; establishing an objective function of a model prediction controller (MPC) according to the model; and solving the objective function based on the TTC, and determining input control variables to the MPC at the next time. Autonomous vehicle collision avoidance can be achieved according to the present disclosure.

Abstract: A diffractive image combiner is provided, to increase an exit pupil dimension, thereby improving user experience. The diffractive image combiner includes a first diffractive optical element DOE and a second diffractive optical element DOE. The first diffractive optical element DOE is parallel to the second diffractive optical element DOE. A grating vector of a first incidence point in the first diffractive optical element DOE is the same as a grating vector of a second incidence point in the second diffractive optical element DOE. The first incidence point is used to convert an incident light ray that meets a Bragg condition into a first diffracted light ray and a first transmitted light ray. The first transmitted light ray is incident to the second incidence point. The second incidence point is used to convert the first transmitted light ray into a second diffracted light ray.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a multifunctional therapeutic biological material and preparation method thereof. The process steps of the preparation method are as follows: (1) preparing various three-dimensional micro/nano composite structure on the surface of a biomedical material by using femtosecond laser double pulses; (2) further preparing a nano-flower structure on the three-dimensional micro/nano composite structure by using hydrothermal synthesis method to construct a heterogeneous structure consisting of the three-dimensional micro/nano composite structure and the nano-flower structure; (3) putting the prepared heterogeneous structure into a mixed solution containing gold ions and platinum ions, and by using ultraviolet light reduction method, reducing in situ into gold-platinum bimetallic nanoparticles on the heterogeneous structure to obtain the multifunctional therapeutic biological material. The multifunctional therapeutic biological material provided by the present disclosure has excellent light-to-heat conversion characteristics, and it can promote bone regeneration, and has functions of tumor treatment and anti-bacterial infection.

Abstract: An ECMS-based PHEV four-drive torque distribution method is disclosed. The method comprises: step 1, calculating an equivalent fuel consumption factor; step 2, calculating instantaneous total equivalent fuel consumption rate; step 3, converting all operating torque combinations of an engine, a BSG motor and a rear axle motor into the operating torque of a driving wheel, and determining the operating torque range of each power source; step 4, solving the minimum value of the instantaneous total equivalent fuel consumption rate within the actual operating torque range of each power source; and step 5, taking the operating torque of each power source corresponding to the minimum instantaneous total equivalent fuel consumption rate as the PHEV optimal operating torque for distribution.

Abstract: A device for controlling deformation of a large-scale crankshaft comprising a crankshaft holder that is arranged for fixing the crankshaft so that the crankshaft is aligned with an axis; a regulatory bracket that is arranged on the crankshaft holder at a position corresponding to the crankshaft; and a high-energy acoustic beam transducer that is arranged on the bracket and is provided with an end part coupled with the crankshaft. The crankshaft is fixed through the crankshaft holder, high-energy ultrasonic waves are injected into the crankshaft by the transducer, mass points in the crankshaft are driven to vibrate along the acoustic beam direction, and machining residual stress of the crankshaft is removed through the high-energy acoustic beam to realize the regulation and control of the residual stress in the material in the specific direction, so that machining precision of the crankshaft is ensured and machining deformation of the crankshaft is reduced.

Abstract: A control device for reducing and homogenizing welding residual stress by acoustic waves, comprising: a fixing tool having two rows of through holes; a plurality of ultrasonic transducers each having a body and a conical horn transmitting portion at a lower end of the body, wherein lower ends of the horn transmitting portions are fixedly connected with flanges, the horn transmitting portions of the ultrasonic transducers extend into respective through holes of the fixing tool to be in contact with welded parts below the fixing tool, the flanges are fixed to the fixing tool by bolts, and the two rows of through holes are arranged both sides of a welding seam of the welded parts; and a driving device for driving the ultrasonic transducers to operate. A corresponding control method is also provided. The control device can be used to control residual stress at the welding seam of steels.
